Transformers Fall Of Cybertron New Trailer, New Release Date, Upcoming Multiplayer Trailer And More
First on the list is a better quality version of the new Trailer we saw yesterday. The new trailer is named “Through the Matrix” and is filled with quite a lot of emotions. How tough we know our beloved Optimus Prime may be, here we see him calling out for help in desperate need.
“Metroplex in action! In Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, you'll battle through a riveting story, experience a variety of gameplay, fight monster bots, and meet the walking city called Metroplex.”
More happy news comes in a form of a release date. It appears as though the release date is now a week earlier than what was previously planned. The game is now releasing August 21st, 2012 for PS3, XBox360, and PC.
Pretty great news eh? But Wait! There’s more… (that certainly sounded like a commercial, oh well) One of the moderators of the page has left a comment mentioning that Host Migration is possible. There will be no Collector’s Edition and he also mentioned that a new Multiplayer Trailer is coming soon.

No, he said something like this " I dont know who you are but I can feel you through the matrix" I think he was referring to Metroplex... then there were campaign clips with explosions etc.

And even if said info is true, it's not really a ground breaking revelation to the plot, it's nice to know, but it's not along the lines of, "Wheelie shows up" or, "Optimus becomes Ultra Magnus"

In the last few seconds, we see Metroplex slam his fist down onto a platform where a familiar bot stands. WFC Megatron. My guess is that Metroplex kills Megatron, leaving Starscream to claim leadership of the Decepticons. Shockwave finds Megatron's body and brings him to his lab to repair him.
Starscream gets word of Megatron's slim chance of survival, and tries to infiltrate Shockwave's lair to dispose of Megatron once and for all. But instead ends up freeing the Dinobots.
Shockwave succeeds in his efforts to rebuild Megatron, who comes back in his more powerful form that we've all seen. And then proceeds to lay waste to Starscream's coronation.
But man...that trailer gave me chills, and for a second I thought Optimus was going to say "No, I'm begging you" but instead, he went commando and ordered this random being, to save them.
Can't wait for August, can't come soon enough.
