Well, from the Alex Irvine's point of view, it is. Had everything gone as planned, Megatron would have been chosen, not Prime, and he would have had his soldiers lock down what needed to be locked down before things escalated to the point of civil war, and Orion was set to be one of Megatron's trusted advisers

So yeah, it's all Prime's fault

Speaking of voices, I thought it was Shockwave speaking when Megatrons line started to play.

I think that voice may still belong to the "narrator" maybe theres still narration done before you play each chapter. I though we've already heard shockwave's voice in one of the audio logs in the demo, talking about the energon transport... it didnt sound so grim.

C'mon Steve, you could at least try to sound a bit different.

I like the voice, it tells us that Shockwave was the narrator in WFC!

The narrator in wfc sounded a lot more like Barricade.

Now that's more like it! Give us some dialogue, that isn't rehash of G1. I'm sold now. That's the best trailer/Advert for this game now. I'm not disappointed that Blum is using the Narrator voice, it kinda makes sense, like we were looking a recordings, and Shockwave was filling the holes, for bits he didn't record... Look it sounded better in my head.

Awesome trailer, but, most anticipated game of 2012? Really? Thats a bit generous with halo 4 and stuff :/

That was incredible. Well, for the most part. Really not a fan of Blumwave.

This. It's an extraordinarily neat concept, even if it means we're not getting a traditional shockwave voice.

i am, however, concerned that this will be shockwave's voice in TFP, seeing as how Steve Blum is on the cast

while we're on voice acting, I think Fred Tatasciore (sp?) is doing a much better job at Megatron. He's not just screaming, he's actually acting. I wish Peter Cullen was still going for his younger G1 voice like he did in WFC, rather than the more booming 21st century Prime, but it does show a maturation of the character to an extent.

Great trailer. It was a nice touch having shockwave sound like the G1 narrator, as this is "cybertron's" story.

Boooo at going with Blum's most generic voice for Shockwave, though. That's a pretty big voice casting/directing fail.
