Of interest to Transformers fans will be dashboard theme packs in the following flavors: G1 Autobots, G1 Decepticons, Decepticon Game Art, and Autobot Game Art. All theme packs will set you back 150 points. Also available are two Game Picture packs at 200 points each, one with G1 content and one full of Transformers Movie content. You can view all of the Transformers related updates, and find links to some images by heading into the TFW2005 discussion thread by clicking below.

I bought the Autobot and Decepticon G1 themes. I likes 'em both.
Only problem would be the Guide background for the Autobot one.
Eye bleeding red. Very red very bright.
Luckily I can make my Guide background different from my main theme. Unfortunately my eyes have not healed yet.

bout f-in time they had a theme. But yes, ouch the red. Why red for the decepticons? And sadely, no Blackout in the movie them either, boo! Would have been sweet to have one with Blackout and Scorp.

If these were hi-quality designs, then I could see the justification. However, these things are so plain and boring, that anyone with basic image editing software could have done the same thing in a matter of minutes.
The ability to upload your own background is something that should be available, and easily implemented. Forcing people to pay for what is normally something they could create in about 5 minutes time is the epitome of why I abhor microtransactions.

I am pretty sure that not all of the art is Pat Lee's -that Prime looks like Don.
But, that Bumblebee with those ridiculous feet is definitely Pat Lee's.
Yeah, these are microtransactions, and although I agree with Joe Moore, I somehow end up buying these things.
It would be nice to get themes and gamer pics when you buy the game -even if it is the collector's edition or whatever.
How much more time would it have taken the designer to include an Autobot or Decepticon Symbol in the blade?

There is a Download I think for Zune Connection crap on marketplace, that if you have it you can do all 4 Normal Blades, don't think you can for Marketplace yet.

They sure are trying to get a lot of mileage out of those DW images. And out of the all the possible Starscream images to use did they have to use THAT particular one? I may get either one of the movie ones, but I'm not paying a single cent for overused profile art. Even if some of it does look good.
I'll definitely have to look into how to upload a profile from your own PC. It'd be a nice way of changing the background every few times without having to buy more points.

I think Ill grab the G1 themes.........and both the decepticon gamer pic packs. I bought both the Autobot and Decepticon faceplates but they took away from the clean look of my 360 Elite so I sold em on ebay.
Plus they went for over $75 each!!! I was shockd, didnt know they were so hard to find.

With all of the Transformers art available, we should have gotten more theme choices. I wonder how it makes IDW feel to keep seeing this DW art being used over and over again?

Specifically, I do not like Pat Lee's artwork.

If you have a USB Flash Drive you can upload the pictures from that as well.
