Sadly, I agree. Activision is the McDonald's of video game studios, just behind EA.
The graphics look sub-par for XBOX360/PS3, and the soundwave voice was nothing to get excited about.
What a freaking waste. Why must all Transformers-based games suck? Why?
I'll buy it when it hits the clearance bin for $5-10, but I will NOT pay $60 for it.

looks nice... but I hope the 1 on 1 fighting is better. I hope the gunplay is better. After playing Wolverine (best tie-in game in a decade, even with it's flaws), TF2 looks VERY disappointing in comparison.
I'd love a nice scrapping, shooting, arsewhupping robot fighter that combines the best of the Tom Clancy games with Grand Theft Auto.

Well, it looks alright. Nothing spectacular honestly. Even graphically it wasn't superior to other games on the market. I just hope they put more G1 bodies in the game this time around. But at least there is a rumor of a non-movie related TF game being developed (thank goodness)...

I was surprised that we're able to do what Starscream did in the first movie. Transforming in mid-air, grabbing something above and doing a flip. And while I was disappointed with Prime's transformation being unrealistic, it did look impressive. Oh, and I'm glad running into a Transformer while driving deals a knockback. But Prime's gun.. can't we use that ion blaster he's supposed to use instead of those cheap handguns?
But most important of all: we get to play as Blackout again! Okay, important for me alone.. but still. I'll try to be patient until more information is given out, maybe until it's actually published, then choose, whether I'm really willing to buy this.

Having seen that, even in HD, I'll give you odds of three to one that this is going to suck like an Electrolux. Dodgy animation, ropey models/texturing and what looks like rinse/repeat gameplay - yep, it's your bog-standard, less-than-impressive hack tie-in.

I'm not so sure that was welker doing soundwave.
Welkers soundwave, when not covered by the vocoder is basically his Dr. Claw voice he used inspector gadget. This didn't sound nearly as deep or gravelly as it should have.

Looks good. I'm already hoping for a better game than the last one since Luxoflux is involved.
I just hope your guns actually do something in this one. I hated that your guns did jack in the last game. All of the enemies either went down in 3 hits, or needed you to stun them by throwing something at them because they had impenetrable shields.
