New Fall of Cybertron Optimus/Warpath and Starscream In-Game Footage

There's just something I really like about the way Starscream plants charges on other Decepticons.

Hmmm, so I'm guessing Starscream is attacking Shockwave's lair, which results in him finding Grimlock, and the result ends up releasing the Dinobot from Shockwave's hold.

I might be alone in this, but did anyone else feel like Warpath has changed a little from WFC? Like the war has been taking its toll, and as a result he doesn't have as much of that youthful glee as he once had.

Of course I may just be hearing things and be totally wrong on this.

His voice sounded a little different to me.

Ironhide and Warpath, just... Ugh.

Those were some dull as hell voices for two Autobots with very unique speech patterns.

Warpath has the same voice actor as last time, he just wasn't using his usual onomatopoeias...probably as a result of being ground down by the war, as the guy further up said.

Anyhow, Metroplex continues to be awe-inspiring to behold. And while it's a minor detail at best, I like Optimus' new TF Prime-styled ion blaster, as well as the fact that it's apparently been retooled into a slow but powerful single-shot weapon-- I never cared for the WFC version, where it was basically a just weaker version of the assault rifle.

I greatly appreciate the new and improved facial animation - you could see it in Bee's surprised face in the first 10 minutes, and now you can see that Warpath's brow actually furrows now.

I never thought Iron Hide or Warpath's were fun/exciting voice. They were just voices to me, and I was cool with that. Warpath, however, in the original cartoon was a bit over the top, so I'm happy he isn't quite like that in FOC--as long as he drops a bam, blam or pow every now and again, I'll be happy still.

I hope Iron Hide sees more time than Bumblebee and Ratchet this time around. Personally, I think everyone that got ample screen time last time should take a back seat this time. Wasn't that one of the problems with WFC, having one stage for character x or y?

Why would they not have Cullen do Ironhide's voice?

Why wouldn't they offer Megatron to Frank Welker or Shockwave to Corey Burton?

Peter Cullen didn't voice Iron Hide in WFC either

However, the guy they chose worked, IMHO.

i love how Screamer just lightly taps his victims shoulders then blows them up and laughs. and i love the random chatter in ths game "Yeah that is some terrible aim ya got," i couldn't help but laugh at that one.

Man, I'm lovin' the sound effects.

Great gameplay! Optimus' level has a lot of space for driving and ramming fools, and I like that pistol-weapon he has. Warpath's comment was funny: "So, who's your new friend?"

And Screamer seems to be messing with Shockwave's base. What a lil' prick. And it is so delightfully funny how he taps the smuck on the shoulder and puts a bomb on his face XD

whats disappointing about shockwave is how gamestop got corey burton to do his voice for their WFC pre-order commercial.

I wonder when any of the tf's gets time off to go see a movie. It seems like war surrounds their lives all of the time. Is there any other sort of culture on cybertron? Yeah, I know it's a game etc... I just wonder what happens on other sides of the planet, you know? I mean, they did have a culture outside of the war right?

The city backgrounds are so much better in this one.

glad their doing a PC version cause if i missed the chance to play as Starscream i woulda been annoyed, my no.1 favorite character of all time from any show (Hulk's 2nd) and it looks like he's gonna play a big role in this game, his level also looks the best so far with the way he plants his bombs and the huge open areas. Only thing that coulda topped FOC @ E3 off would of been some Shockwave gameplay

What the hell Starscream turns into? You need to boost for him to stay in jet mode? Wtf?

I love this game play again i am a little disappointed in Ironhide and Warpath voices warpath makes sense not to have the cartoony voice. But they just sound so plain but other then that great great game.

Pointless: "Having little or no sense, use, or purpose"

Seeing as the point of the hover mode is so that you can move side to side in diagonally as opposed to just forwards and back I wouldn't say that's pointless.

This goes back to the whole ROTF debate that it's stupid to have to hold RT to stay in vehicle mode even though in all games you have to hold accelerate to move forward.

I like how Screamer's colors are more defined than they were in WFC. He looks more like his G1 counterpart now.

the point is, Warpath has always been battle-hardened. and even if he wasn't, it wouldn't be hard for him to become battle-hardened

The gameplay and graphics look nice. The voicework and dialogue is terrible.

HAH oh MAN! I love the little incidental dialogue in this game! Definitely a lot more character and personality than WfC had!

Watched the Metroplex and Prime one...and it looks nice...my only complaint is that Metroplex could've been animated better. Shooting more of his guns, and just stomping and thrashing around. As it stands he just looks too static and boring.

You really think so? I personally think the voicework and dialogue is great, waaaay more camaraderie between characters than in Prime.
