Cliffjumper looks v cool!

Looks good. Not really sure why a gaming show had a segment about IRL guns (is it for the 13yo CoD fans who think CoD is their pre-enlistment training?), but whatever. Game looks good. Cliff seems to have a stealth mode. Not sure how I feel about that given his normally more Leeroy Jenkins personality.

I assume we get to play as Megatron, but I don't think we've seen it.

Once again, I like how Jazz calls him Cliff and Cloak Block is a stupid name.

At the very end when the guy is talking, did anyone else notice that bot right below grimlock? Who is that?

my guess is that it's like an autobot hulk that you'll fight as a decepticon, like those big brute things from WFC with the hammer and shield.

Well that was an alright episode. The Grimlock segment was shorter than I expected. Can't wait for when they show Metroplex at E3.

IIRC, this was shown waaaaaaaaaaaaay back in November when GameInformer had their one month run with FOC--he's just an Autobot soldier (titan or whatever the new name is).

I can't believe that they extensively showcased Cliffjumper, showed off new gameplay, showed Jazz, Optimus, and Bruticus and hinted at Metroplex's reveal -but they also discussed how Grimlock fits in the story so people have to post 'Ugh! Enough with Grimlock already.' Seriously, they spend about a minute talking about Grimlock.

A cool tidbit:
At Botcon Matt Tieger said that Nolan North recorded his lines as Cliffjumper and Phil Lamarr recorded his lines as Jazz separately. When they saw the game and saw their characters' interactions they volunteered to go back into the studio and record the lines together so their characters came across as friends even better.

Yeah, I saw that at Botcon and it sounded incredible.
There was all the various transformation sounds then BRUTICUS ONLINE!

I also love it that his Vortex arm uses the rotor and his Blast Off arm has a flame thrower.

I'm more particular with that monster Nvidia Graphics Card. WOW!

I'm basically at the point where I don't really care what they show anymore. I just want the thing now.

I do want to warn people not to expect anything. Some people are getting their hopes up about stuff that I could very easily see not being fulfilled. So in an effort to prevent people from disappointment, I warn to keep your expectations in check. Metroplex for example is probably not playable directly. And the E3 announcements will likely be all multiplayer stuff since they've basically spoiled the story and shown nothing on that front.

I'm pretty sure they've stated that Metroplex is just support you call in while playing as Optimus.

Still not sure why they chose Cliffjumper as the stealthy one and not Mirage, but whatever; his mission looks fun

I just finished watching it from my DVR and man this game is going to be totally cool and I can't wait till Aug comes around. Metroplex is who i would love to see transformed. I hope we get MORE TF figures from the game like grimlock and the rest of the dinobots and including metroplex.

It's also nice to have an interviewer know his shit, made for some more interesting questions instead of things like, "So..tell me more about this space t-rex?".

I hope you get to play as each Dinobot in the game too. It'd be such a shame otherwise since they all have sick designs. Maybe instead of playing Grimlock for one whole entire chapter, they'll give each chapter within a chapter bits to a diff Dinobot as they work their way out of Shockwave's lair?

Looks good... but the new Arkham City DLC footage quickly overshadowed all the FOC stuff for me.

Anyone else hear who they think is Perceptor during the Cliffjumper footage? He says something along the lines of "they will detect you through your cloaking" or a similar message.
