Heavy Load:

Legends 5 Pack featuring Hot Spot, Silverbolt, Razorclaw, Hun-Grrr, and Scattershot:

Tim Formas:
Hurray! Generic Seekers FTW.
Laser_Optimus:
Aside from Heavy Load (whom we've already seen) I'm loving those repaints... and that says a lot.

Acid Storm... love the double homage there... paint scheme and name wise... wonder what his bio is?

Blades I'm sure is going to be based off of the Protectobot.

Guess I'll be adding some more figures to my 'to get list'.

Hell freaking yes!
RodimusMark:
sweet, awesome pics. Glad to see that Scattershot mold make it's way back. on top of the Seeker mold.
defstar:
Acid Storm...?

We're getting another seeker mold from the classics...?

When did this come about...?

All of them look pretty good...so when do they come out and what size is Heavy Load...?

Voyager...?
GrimlockAutobot:
WOW!!! Acid Storm? That seeker looks AWESOME!!! Is Hasbro trying to make up for the whole Thundercracker debacle?

Seems like they are!!! Me happy!!

The available dates are on the cards in front of each toy.
Omega Charge:
And these will be in stores?

Wow...
seeker311:
Like em all except for the legends
Dark_Convoy:
Acid storm is cool, dig the paint job.
Vector Sigma:
I am inlove with the legends leaders pack, that is a crazy cool idea!...
0JazzMeister0:
-MORE- Galaxy Force/Cybertron re-paints? ('Cept for Acid Storm) O_o... just... why!? Do they have surplus stock or something that they need to get rid of?
Tim Formas:
I wonder if that Target Legends 5-pack will be a Black Friday item. The tag says 11/23, which would be the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Regardless, they'll probably be gone following that Friday given the rush of people.
defstar:
Acid Storm = my Thundercracker custom...

Looks like I won't have to pay $25 for the Starscream mold...

Homage to what? Who was Acid Storm?
Crobot91:
The g1-gestalt-leaders-inspired legends line is simply awesome IMO! Brilliant..
Lumpy:
acid storm looks awesome...and blades is cool too...maybe its time to sell my evac...and dropshot is cool too...heavyload i'm still passing on though...
Ktulu:
Eh. I guess they don't look bad but I'm just wondering how some of them, like DropShot fit into that realistic aesthetic they kept yacking about

Legends pack is a great idea.
Acteon:
I suppose you could very loosely say it's related to Sunstorm, but all these figures leave me cold at the moment.
Deceptigtar:
though i hate repaints, at least most of them so far have been once autobots repainted into decepticons which i dont mind, i think they should always be switched. hate owning like 5 molds that are the same but different characters that are cons, since thats all i colelct.
Optimus747:
Acid Storm OWNS! Cool deco, cool mold, cool name.

And the Legends, that's awesome that they're G1 Gestalt Leader homages. Hot Spot, Razorclaw, Hun-Grr, Silverbolt, Scattershot. Can't wait for these!
Grimwing:
I like that legends five pack. Since I'm finally going to break down and finally purchase legends with the universe line.

-hot spot in the prime mold
-razorclaw in the leobreaker mold
-hun gurr in the scourge mold
-ramjet in the thundercracker mold
-alpha trion in the vector prime mold

bursting with g1 awesome. I really mean that. There is also a brownish starscream mold off to the side. not in the five pack but who could that be.

Long live the repaints. Long live acid storm!

I think "Ramjet" and "Alpha Trion" are supposed to be Silverbolt and whoever the leader of the Technobots was.

Would that be another Classics Starscream mold?
ORIO:
Yay for pics!!! I've been refreshing the homepage so many times since yesterday.

Love Blades, Dropshot and Acid Storm!!!!

It looks like LOC Cybertron Starscream. Probably going to be Universe Legends Thrust.

no in the cybertron legends line (suddenly I'm a expert on legends despite not owning them) there are two seeker types. The cyb thundercracker mold and the cyb starscream mold.

could be thrust.

edit: optimus 747 beat me to it.

I'll buy all of those classics and cybertron repaints! Includeing blaster and heavy duty! Come out already!

ah. I see silverbolt now. makes sense that the whole set would be combiner leaders. The leader for computron is scattorshot. which is a stretch for vector prime.
Swoop86:
i know i will try and get as many acid storms as i can for repaints. YAY!
General Tekno:
Sweet.

Acid Storm's one of the 'Rainmaker' seekers from G1, I suppose, only with an earth mode. Cool.

I like the Legends 5-pack as well.

Blades could be pretty nice- a 'maybe' he is indeed. Likewise for the CD Scattorshot mold.
WhiteMocha:
These are all great. I was REALLY hoping that Cybertron Evac would be a) repainted into Blades someday and b) inserted into the Universe/Classics line. The fact that both came to pass makes me incredibly happy.

Dropshot doesn't do as much for me, but as I don't own that mold, I'll happily purchase it.

The Legends Leader Pack is an inspired idea. Especially with Onslaught and Menasor coming/existing as well.

And man, any more Classics Seekers are ALWAYS welcome. Acid Storm is great.
Noisemaze:
As you all know I've been whining about a Cybertron Defense Scattorshot repaint since the end of Cybertron. Now we finally get one & IT TOTALLY SUCKS!!!! That looks absolutely horrible! Screw you Hasbro!!!

Wheres the smiley giving the finger when I need it???
Dinobot Nuva:
Seriously though, what's up with the Thrust Legends figure? I've been wanting one of those since we got the Voyager Screamer in those colors. Fo' shizzle.

Yeah, I noticed that.

Well, there never was a particular character named Acid Storm, but he's definently meant (in name at least) to be a homage to one of the three 'rainmaker' Seekers from the G1 episode 'Divide & Conquer' whom stoped a handful of Autobots on Cybertron (while they were searching for a part to repair Optimus) with... acid rain. I would definently say this character is a homage to those three.

His paint scheme seems to be a homage to one of the unproduced G2 Seeker color schemes. I've seen test shots of it before, but I can't seem to find any right now. Don't remember wich Seeker it was supposed to be either.

Well, I'm thinking that the whole 'realistic aesthetic' deal really only applies to the new mold items in the line. Which is probably why they are using the catch all name Universe instead of calling it something else.
Lone_Decepticon:
The only one Im diggin is AcidStorm. Nice.
Hook:
Nice colours, but for me, repaints = not spending cash on them. I'd rather have the new classics figures like Sunstreaker and Prowl!
Takara_destron:
Acid storm will totally be mine
Noisemaze:
I hate Acid Storm, Dropshit AND Blades. They're not even trying anymore. I guess this is good in a way, I'll just concentrate on G1, the Encores & E-Hobby exclusives. There's no main line for me to bother with this year.
Dinobot Nuva:
In retrospect, I would've preferred Whirl out of the Evac mold ala his Classics Legends figure, but hey, now Hasbro owes me a Legends Blades =P
At least I get a chance to get this mold now...
DN

That's what I wanted too!
Dinobot Nuva:
Eh, Universe looks like its going to continue until summer of next year, there's PLENTY of time for them to do that.
DN
jazz4ever:
so these are coming out in classics 2.0? or are they botcon exclusives if in classics 2.0 wicked sick
encline:
wow. more stuff not to buy.
Dinobot Nuva:
Classics 2.0=new Universe line. So yes, these should be available at most retail stores, save the Legends 5-pack, that's a Target exclusive.

Yeah, they're a part of the Universe line. All the Voyager Class figures for that line seem to be repaints from Cybertron (and all seem to be figures that never recieved a repaint within Cybertron itself).

Acid Storm just seems to be Hasbro reusing the Seeker mold to give fans a homage some of been clamoring for... people love the un-named G1 Seekers... oh, yes... now they just need to bring out a lavander colored one and I can start troop building Seeker drones!!!

If that's so, imo it's ridiculous. You've still got realistic cars and bright red stealth bombers in the same line either way. I don't get limiting the new stuff like that.
Chris McFeely:
Holy Cupcakes, that Legends-as-gestalt-team-leaders pack is awesome.

Honestly, neither do I... especially given what it'd done to Universe Galvatron. I mean, I like it enough to buy it, but... he'd just been so much better if he were more in line with the original Classics line. Didn't need to be a cannon, but a futuristic looking tank (considering he was a cannon with treads) would have fit the character better and given him a more G1 Galvatron look all around.

Still, it is what it is you know?
General Tekno:
Have to agree that it seems kinda limiting, especially when they apply the 'realistic' approach to the Universe members like Powerglide.
