Didn't know about Russia, but they've been pretty common in Germany. I personally supplied about half of TFW2005 with them.

I also saw another pack with Tankor, but since I don't collect Robot Heroes (they were too expensive here) I don't know if it was released. I should have bought them.

There's still a chance they'll come out when/if Universe returns in 2010.. Or they'd make great club exclusives. I generally dislike robot heroes, but I'd get that Victory set.

I got mine here, it was in a thread, I got the Predaking and Ricochet, decided not to get the Inferno Tigatron.
I think these all got released, just in very small quanities in random markets, the Prowl and Laserbeak make no sense to me, why they were not released in the U.S.
The others (Japanese characters/BM?/Firetruck Prime) I can understand they were not as popular in the U.S. as Soundwaves tapes and well one of the original Autobots Prowl.

During the last round of auctions, I e-mailed him and he told me he didn't have any more, but might be getting some.
Guess he did.
Either that, or he's sitting on more of them and knows he's the ONLY player in the market right now and can pretty much manipulate things to his advantage.

To the best of my knowledge, those two sets were released in the UK, Germany, and parts of Asia - but never in the US or Canada. Hence, there is still some inflated demand for them.

Ricochet/Predaking and Tigatron/Inferno have been available in my country for months (just like movie1 toys and other "new" stuff). I bought them, then decided to sell them on ebay - both MISB sets went for USD 10.50
in total.
Oh yeah, now someone sells them in 2 pairs, without box and will earn much more cash
If somebody is interested, let me know and I can buy them for you.

The only sets I have some interest in are the Victory and RID sets. But I won't pay that much for them. I'll wait for when they show up at CVS for $8.99.

I bought the Ricochet/Predaking pack a few weeks ago from a UK seller. Only cost $20 shipped.
As for Prowl/Laserbeak... WANT! Too bad that price is a swift kick to the junk.

What I fail to fathom is, how come Tigatron-Inferno and Predaking-Richochet was manufactured in large enough quantities to be sold widespread in Europe (they just hit stores here in Hungary and I got them for around 9$) but the other two that were supposed to be in the same wave, the RID pack and the awesome Prowl-Laserbeak pack was not.
I still smell something fishy here (and it's not just yesterday's anchovy pizza leftovers) - I bet Hasbro has just recalled them and they plan to release them together next year when the Animated toys will appear too. I mean, even packaging was manufactured for them. Hard to imagine they'll destroy all that stuff rather then releasing it.

I quite like Robot Heroes. I get a large number of characters without having to spend a huge amount. I'm okay that they don't transform either - I'm not a fan of the overly complicated transformations that movie toys are known for. I still haven't transformed Sideways back to vehicle mode since I got him.
