mordecai6:
Gotta love the slightly confusing Japanese continuity. I do love the art though!
grimlock1972:
interesting
mx-01 archon:
If people are trying to figure out what's going on here, a hint: Famicom.
MACRAPTRON:
Glad to see Guido getting some love in the japanese TF universe. IDW could return the favor by hiring Hidetsugu Yoshioka to do a Spotlight or something.
Sadly, this is the final installment of this book. At least for this year. Let's hope they come up with TF Generations 2010 and maybe more room for artists like Don, Matere, Khana, Coller, Musso.
PoweredConvoy:
When I first scanned it I thought it was a bit confusing too until we were able to translate it. Megatron challenges Convoy to a game, in the game Megatron gives each member of the Decepticon army a fraction of his power, while Convoy can give a large amount of his power to one individual - Ultra Magnus, to see which side wins. It's mimicking the Famicom Mystery of Convoy game where Ultra Magnus fought through hordes of Decepticons, with Menasor, Bruticus, and Trypticon as the bosses of the game.

Awesome reference is awesome.
Darkwing48:
agreed. Funny too.
Sol Fury:
Alternity Megatron's comic is awesome. We've finally got an explanation for the Famicom game!
UltraPrimal:
So does this mean we may be getting Alternity Ultra Magnus?
G1Wheeljack:
Alternity being responsible for Mystery of Convoy somehow made Alternity even more awesome.
soymonk:
Where on earth did Ironhide and Mirage come from?!?
And since when did Mirage have psychic powers? Or was that a hologram?
Sye909:
I didnt even know it was this possible to cram so much epic into so few panels :O
...
$10 sez vange1us goes off on a tangent for over a half hour about these short comics in the next podcast : P
BB Shockwave:
Even translated, that Alternity comic makes no slagging sense.
TCracker:
I dig it, it is very awesome.

They were in the first volume of the Generations Mini-Comic. Perhaps you're confusing it with the Alternity comic?

Oh... it's supposed to be an explanation to that game?
You should watch Angry Videogame Nerd's review of the Mystery of Convoy game... it's hilarious and sooo true. That game is for masochists, and frankly if I didn't play it with an emulator where I could save game, I'd have never made it to the end. The constantly repeating Level 9 was a horrible idea, anyhow.
shroobmaster:
What was that I don't even-

No, I wasn't. I thought it was just a group of 'Cons and though I get how Skids and and Screech got there, how did Mirage and 'Hide just randomly show up?
Were they there to begin with, being off panel?
