Blades is a dazzling red repaint of Transformers Cybertron Evac, and a homage to the Generation 1 Protectobot of the same name.

He's a repaint I'm seriously considering, he makes a good Blades.

Looks great, and it is the repaint I always wished for this fantastic mold. I do kinda wish the head were white with a blue face... but I really don't have any grounds for such nitpickery. If someone bakes you a delicious cake, you can't really complain that the sprinkles are the wrong color.

A white head with a blue face would have been preferred, but the red head with silver face is fine. Though it does make him look like the Quickstrike repaint of Energon Bulkhead....

Meh, Evac is a medicore mould at best. This colour sceme isn't very nice, either. The Springer repaint looks good, but only because it's Springer.

but, i really like this blades, so i'll probably grab both this, and the springer, since i missed out on evac, and i hear it's a really cool mode.
yea, i like repaints so what? lol *when they are different characters at least, i HATE it when they repaint a transformer, into the SAME character, just a bit different, like for example, Optimus prime to optimus prime, vs making him Scourge, or Pipes/huffer lol
