We have received some new official in and out of package images of some Universe/Classics 2.0 figures.

Acid Storm
Galvatron

These are the second set of official images of the two figures. The last 3 images in each listing are the new images.

Dude, how can you say that with your Seeker obsession?
Paradigm-Shift Prime:
Acid Storm still looks pretty pukey to me (I think it's that colour of green, and it mixed with brown), Galvi looks awesome as a deluxe, I like the way the purple is hidden in alt mode!
Megatronwp38:
I def want Galvatron, the seeker...maybe. I lke how it says "classic series" on the boxes.

I don't think it would be silly, I think it would make sense.... they would be almost like airborne versions of Runabout and Runamuck! Plus, they wouldn't really be 100% identical since Hasbro couldn't use the FP Dreadwind head... they'd have to either use Jetfire's original head or (even better) mold a new Darkwing head.

Although someone (wish I could remember who... Laser_Optimus, maybe?) mentioned in another thread that the upcoming Universe Silverbolt looks a LOT like Darkwing. He has the same chest shape and wing silhouette on his back. Even his head sports vaguely Darkwing-like cat ears. So I'm kind of keeping my fingers crossed that that was intentional, and that Hasbro plans to release a Darkwing repaint of Silverbolt.

Either option would be fine by me, but I really pine for a Classics Darkwing. He was one of my favorite toys as a kid, I still love him, and I would love to have an updated version of him.

Great call Mocha, although the size classes are different.
SmokescreenGT:
Both Galvatron and Acid Storm are must haves on my list. I just wish they'd made Galvatron at least a voyager class fig. But, I'll take what I can get.
SydneyY:
Still looking forward to Galvatron. The art on the cards are somewhat disappointing

True... though I'll be interested to see how tall Silverbolt actually is. From photos I've sort of gotten the impression that he was on the smaller side of the Ultra scale, but I could be completely off.
REDLINE:
I don't think he is, he's skinnier, so I think he'll be fairly tall. Which is fine by me, will make my Superion look that much more appropriate hehehe

Wellllll, also true. But they might as WELL be. Man, G1 was a different time.... nowadays there's no way those two characters would have molds that were just slightly different like that, they would just be repaints.

But on the plus side, they would also probably have wacky luxuries like legs and elbows.

Anyway, you might be right, Silverbolt might be tall. But like you said, he's skinny... so mass-wise, he might still seem about equivalent to Classics Jetfire (who is pretty bulky). He could just be the tall, lanky one of the pair.

Can't wait to see that Superion, by the way!
