| New Images of Transformers Henkei Cyclonus with Nightstick |

These images show off nothing but Cyclonus' best side, in addition to showing some further black paint on the detail work on Nightstick's legs. TFClub.com has a nice gallery of Henkei Cyclonus. Only difference I can see from previous pictures are some changes to Nightstick. He seems to have some more black parts instead of fully chrome legs. TFClub's Henkei Cyclonus Gallery thanks to allspark.com for the heads up!

though i wouldn't mind seeing a new version of that mold, but that mold is perfect the way it is, why mess with it? lol
besides not like we have not had ENOUGH homages to that scourge? i mean, every PRIME becomes evil prime now a days because of him lol!
but i would love a g1 scourge. titanium is good, but he doesn't have the weapons, plus every one knows scourge needs to have the pink nails.  megatronkicksas:

They need a repaint for Henkei Cyclonus. I think they should make Negaverse Cyclonus in yellow and what not from the episode where a Quintesson captures Cyclonus, Magnus and Wreck-Gar.

JUST KIDDING......That is my response to all of the complaints about the unpainted parts on Universe Cyclonus. 
Universe Cylonus=Henkei Cyclonus. I think both figures are equal. They're obviously both great versions in their own ways. I want to get both eventually. Hopefully Henkei Cyclonus' price isn't through the roof by then.

Damn, I love the detail on Nightstick. As for Cyclonus, the dark purple and silver face are awesome.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again; he looks like he's channeling BWII Galvatron. Also, the chromed wings seem pointless. I'll get the Universe version instead.

My only wish is that the figure was larger. He's gonna look tiny next to my Alts. Still, I plan on getting one of the Japanese figures to lead my Hasbro Armada.

I can't really explain myself... Hasbro has those darker, moodier, more realistic colours... but the intense lavender of this Cyclonus is a thing of beauty. It just really nails the character, and although it's a bit lacking paint details, it unifies his vehicle mode nicely.
I'm not big on the chrome (or chrome in general) but overall, I find this MUCH more appealing than the Hasbro version. When you're as badass as Cyclonus, nobody calls you a sissy.
The painted face helps too...

That's why I passed on Classics Cyclonus, I'm loving this color scheme. Once it's in my pile of loot, I'm going to have a mini-christmas with City Commander, Shadow Commander, and Henkei Cyclonus!

I'd only get the Henkei version for Nightstick....very sharp looking with the chrome and very G1 accurate.
Henkei Cyclonus is actually more plain looking than the Universe version -- too much lavender. At least the Universe version mixes up the purple and gray a bit more.

I think the Hasbro version ended up looking like a half painted prototype (his thighs have that "two-color that looks like it's supposed to be one but the plastics don't quite match" look. Plus that awful Classic Starscream unpainted gray).
Takara's is gorgeous Cyclonus-y goodness!

Both are perfect updates colour wise; and the toy itself is a damn improvement over his G1 counterpart.... Henkei Cyclonus = Universe Cylonus.
