This may sound dumb, or I may have missed something...but how the heck are his wings folded UP!? I had Evac (before an arm joint just snapped) and his could only fold down.

Something's on backwards. Looking at those photos, if you just folded those back down, the tail rotor assembly would be upside down. Odd thing is it's fine in the vehicle mode photos.
