Wheeljack is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY overdue for a proper update (him and Ironhide i think were the two longest overdue for true updates). i seriously think you could cleverly due a Sideswipe/Sunstreaker type alternate transformation and due Tracks and Wheeljack from one mold: they both have wings and car-roof chests ~ just have the waists invert so they have different legs, Wheeljacks feet become Track's heelspurs and vice-versa... | I like Hot Rod as well, myself. Only thing I don't like is that mine has a loose pin which keeps me from fiddling with it as much as I'd like.
And Wheeljack did get an update in Energon, didn't he? (As Downshift, but hey. It's an update)

In my opinion, it's one of my favorites.

I recommend anyone who wants to get any of the new TFs at BBTS to get it NOW before they're sold out. At BBTS it's highly unlikely you'll get another chance (for instance, Swoop is still sold out since the initial pre-order was listed on BBTS).

Slag! Obvious Prime:
Oh sweet.
Inferno, Cyclonus, and Hound = Preordered
Michael Dracon:
Cyclonus, Shockwave and Hound are also sold out now.
Good thing I saw this thread in time. I managed to get all of the ones I want: Cyclonus, Hound, Shockwave, Skywarp (yay for BBTS two-packs!) and Blurr.
airfox:
Phew. I'm kinda late to the party, but I wanted to repeat what everyone said.
- Robot Heroes: all great. My only minor nitpick is that I wanted Sharkticon in beast mode with a big grin.
- TFA Shockwave, Swindle, Blurr: TFA toys keep up with their 95% accurate toys, and I can't wait to get these three.
- Cyclonus and Hound: a couple of fantastic homages. Would be my favorites of the bunch, but they're competing with Inferno and I'm biased.
- Bruticus: totally out of the left field. The deco somehow works. I passed on Cryo Scourge, but I think I want to get this one. It's not every day that RiD Bruticus gets some love.
- Inferno: a worthy update to my very first Transformer. Can't wait. Probably the one I'm more excited about.
- Vector Prime: wasn't interested originally. I already have that mold 4 times (Galaxy Force, 2-Pack, U.S. Galaxy Force VP and Alpha Trion), so why a fifth? But then I saw the link to the Last Autobot. Damn. Now I want it. Preordered.
- Legends Brawn, Beachcomber and BB: amazing. Love the Legends, and these three are among the better Legends yet.
2 weeks ago I received from BBTS wave 2 of TFA Deluxes and wave 2&3 of TFA Voyagers. Then last week I went to Miami, and got the Leaders, Marvel TF and the Universe Classics Ultras and Voyagers. I was happy to think that I was catching up. It's cool to see that I'm still way behind. Quote:

I've changed my mind slightly on him: love the beast mode, still hate the bot mode. And it's not due to the mistransformation.
I'm currently guessing that it's physically impossible to do a BW Cheetor that looks like Cheetor CGI model's build in bot mode, but like a real cheeta in beast mode.
Still, since I like the beast mode, and I also like to collect all the new molds, I'm getting it. Hopefully I learn to like the bot mode once I have it. Quote:

SCOURGE (I heard it was a energon repaint of MIRAGE) | I hope everyone's done listening to this guy. | Well, the Starscream is the Classics V.1 one. With a new deco.
I at the other guesses though. In particular I'm reminded of Energon Mirage's size discussion in that thread.

The beast mode is good because, as has been said, it's a much better body shape for a cheetah. I dig the bot mode because I see it as his original BW features on his BM build. And I'll take any BM nods I can get. Quote: |

cheetorBWORG:
Yeah, Beast Machines was part of the Beast Wars, and it seems Cheetor's legs comes from his BM form. Definately looks good. WILL look good beside my 10th Anniversary Cheetor. xD

That it was just going to be a straight up re-release. But, yeah, I hope everyone has learned not to pay any attention to what this guy says in the future... and, yeah, the Mirage size debate was laughable...

wow, these are just awesome
