Takara-Tomy's official japanese retailer site Toy Hobby Market has released images of an upcoming repaint of the Henkei/Classics Jetfire mold. Due in March of 2010, pre-orders will open tomorrow and extend to the 11th of December. Some translations from the website: DARK SKYFIRE

TFW member GenZhao has posted images of figures that can only be described as "prototypes of toys in development". So what the hell are these things? Who knows, could the red car be a Human Alliance prototype, and if so, what if it's not a Revenge of The Fallen release, but a G1 character, possibly in the Classics/Universe line? For that matter, what if it's not a Human Alliance figure but a deluxe Classics Jazz? Or Drift?
Could the grey ground based vehicle be a scout or legends figure? The styling is reminiscent of War Within...

The Transformers Collectors Club website has been updated with a preview of the upcoming Punch/Counterpunch exclusive figure. This rough sketch reveals the "Punch" head for the figure which is a retool of the Universe 2.0 Sideswipe/Sunstreaker mold.

Third party manufacturer FansProject have finally given us prototype images of it's upcoming TFX-Defender figure. With our first images being back from TFcon 2009, Defender has progressed nicely into a prototype and his progress is 40% complete. Designed to resemble Generation 1 Springer, Defender is expected to be released on February of next year.

Third party manufacturer FansProject, has replied to an email by TFW2005 member Victorysabre regarding a possible Combiner Bruticus Maximus Appendage Kit and a release date for the Protector Armor. This was their response: Thanks for the email. I are working on one for Bruticus, but it's still in
a very initial progress. We will have the update when it's ready.
"Protector" seems not ready until 1 st quarter of 2010. Thanks

A user on the chinese message board Actoys, has given us new images of the upcoming Kabaya Foods Corporation's Candy Box Set assortment. Like previous kits, these figures have simplified transformations and are gang-molded in three colors. The new set includes Generation 1 Convoy, Henkei/Classics Convoy, and Victory Saber.

The Target Exclusive Leo Prime has been released online through Target's website. Although this Lio Convoy themed repaint of the earlier Universe Leo Prime (himself a repaint of Cybertron's Leobreaker) is not in stores yet, an in store sighting cannot be far behind. In the meantime, check out the online listing which includes a pair of official images.

Third party accessory maker BTSToys is planning to release two new variants of their Classics Trailer already on sale for Henkei Convoy/Classics Optimus Prime and Nemesis Prime. The first is a purple version which can be used on the Botcon Exclusive Shattered Glass Optimus Prime. Clear Convoy also gets some love with the new Clear variant of the trailer. Both trailers also feature a new mold for the machine arm. The Clear version is limited to 350 pieces, while the Purple will have 450 available.

Walmart.com now has pre-orders up for Leader-class Bonus Packs of Optimus Prime with Autobot Camshaft and Megatron with Autobot Camshaft, which were both recently revealed with no indication on where they may be exclusive to. Thanks to the pre-order pages, indications are that these bonus packs will be exclusive to Walmart stores and Walmart.com.
Walmart.com has also put up pre-order pages for their Universe Ultra exclusives Hardhead, Powerglide, and Skyfall, which feature our first official images of the figures.

After several delays, Perfect Effect Toys finally releases their third party God Sword in three distinct flavors: Classics Convoy, Classic Nemesis, and Classic Magnus. Thanks to fellow TF board HK-TF and online store Robotkingdom we bring you a new gallery of images of all three versions and some package shots. Each God Sword is 38cm in length and can be separated into a smaller sword, shield, and wings with missiles.
