Bumblebee has'nt been the same since Bay hit the scene. I wish he was a true scout again and give Hotrod back his shoes.
Hanzkaz
Any chance we can have Hot Rod back, too? To be honest, my favourite version of Bumblebee was the one from Animated.
Anyway, when it comes to Prime characters, how about an 'Ultimate Knockout' disc set instead?

^^^^ The Yellow Explanation!!
Yellow is good…m'kay.
Bumblebee2000
I like bananas, bananas are good.
Bumblebee2000
Not even I want this. Seriously. Maybe if it was G1 or Animated just for the hell of it.
EightiesKid
Imterestimg, I have heard and read similar stuff about the color red, hence the enormous popularity of Elmo among children. Red is definitely am eye catcher, and could be considered an unofficial color of the Autobots since the original autobot emblem was red, while the deception emblem was purple.

I feel like they're really pushing with their promotion of Bumblebee as some great hero in the aligned continuity when he did jack for the duration of TFP.
SiamGXPrime
It's because he's Yellow, and yellow is a color that humans tend to recognize first and is used for education and memorization. For examples highlighters and stickies were primarily yellow. And kids shows with Big Bird, Pikachu, "Bumblebee" , Spongebob, ect.
Pretty crazy and manipulative. Kids usually are drawn to the yellow.
Lol. maybe its our ape instincts thinking its a banana ..hmm banana MINIONS!!!

MGX
He's the entryway character to the mythos and the closest thing TF has to a kid-friendly character.
Macross7
Don't see why people are complaining about it. It isn't meant for collectors. The full seasons are out. If this was the only way episodes were being released, then yeah, complain.
Primus5289
I would guess it's because he's the "kid" of the Autobots. That's the only reason I can come up with.
supernova222
im gonna say the episodes are master and student, operation bumblebee 2 parter, and deadlock

Lazy/cheap parents.
My kid loves BB, but since I've exposed him to lots of different TF material he likes other characters as well. There's just something about Bee that makes kids love him.
Lord Of Tetris
Wait a minute, this isn't even a disc with full episodes? It's some kind of clip show? Who would buy this?
Ribieconvoy
Four episodes? Well, we know Deadlock is in there since Will Friedle is mentioned, but I have no idea on the other three. I assume Operation Bumblebee Part 1 and 2 will be there, but I also assumed Sick Mind and Out of his Head would be. Masters And Students could be there too. In any case, I fail to see the sense in paying 10 dollars for a DVD with four episodes when the seasons with 26 or 13 episodes each could be bought for only 10 dollars more.
NotRamjet97
Can't we do it like mlp?
Have two kid appeal characters
Primus5289
Ugh…
Feralstorm
Bumblebee is Hasbro's equivalent of the kid who wants constant attention, and doesn't care if it's good or bad.
Aeronnz
I'll never understand why Bumblebee continues to be so popular…
