Yeah, been seeing it in the commercial breaks on Thundercats. Like the fact there's some CGI in there - reminds me of the good old G1 adverts where there would be little bits of animation to go with the toys.

I just think it's cool that the gimmick works and is integrated well in both modes. That's some really cool design/engineering - which is a large part of why I love Transformers!

I doubt it. The animation is good for a 30 second commercial, but still nowhere near the quality of the show's usual work - even their most poorly animated episodes. But there's always the chance that I'm wrong.

The models themselves seem to be the ones used for the show. I'm guessing they might have gotten the same studio to do it, but they just didn't have the same amount of time to polish the animation.

Yeah, seems plausible. Like I said, it's good animation, but not quite up to snuff with the show's usual work to make me think that it's actually footage from the show itself.

I wouldn't mind seeing Prime with those weapons in the show. I hope we get a Megatron for Weaponizers wave 2, if there is one. Or better yet, Breakdown since he's not getting a Voyager release in the states, and he's the perfect kind of bot for a gimmick like this.

I think it's just me...but every time I try out the shoulder cannons on weaponizer Prime when I visit a store, the cannon racks slide up but the cannons themselves don't come down..unless you tilt it of course.
