Transformers Prime Voyagers Released in Canada

I hope these show in Ottawa in the next 15 days.

Next week is the week! I'm predicting them to all be out by Wednesday, or at least Cliffjumper.

Also, anyone know if the box the Cliffjumper wave is released in says W1.5 or just W2?

Here's hoping they start appearing in USA stores and on Amazon!

Canada seems to be the place to get toys early these time of year! Well, I hope they show up in America soon. They're cutting it pretty close to Christmas, you'd think these would've been out by October as originally planned so they could maximize sales. Plus, they're freaking amazing toys and I want some of my own.

I'm SO looking foward to getting Optimus and Bulkhead when they come out sooner or later.

Dammit! I don't have the fifty-five dollars I'll need to get all these toys.

Only a matter of time before they hit US retail, I'd wager before 2012.

This reminds me of this time last year.

Last year Canada did not get any of the new Generations figures, Warpath, Scourge, Kup, Thundercracker, Wheeljack. Actually they just started popping out in Walmarts now, a whole year later :O . All the while these figures were warming pegs all over America.

Now the tables flipped and Canada has all the Prime figures while they are barely out in the States.

I rememeber how it felt last year so my heart goes out to my American collectors.

BTW, if it make you feel better, this time last year, Warpath, Scourge, Kup, Thundercracked and Wheeljack were not warming shelves by me or anyone else I know in the east coast.

Thanks man. Honestly I can say Im glad we (canada) are getting them fast...kinda make up for hasbro being slow on that last wave of generation showing up.

I wasnt even going to stop buy the new TRU but something made me turn there, lol. Glad I did, only a few Bulkheads were there and they were on sale for $20.97....thats $10 off , whoo hooo.

Heres another reason why I want to live in Canada...

First off, if you are like the rest of us, it is always the stuff you want because anything that is out that you don't have is stuff you really want. lol

Second, this may not be the first time Canada has gotten something first but the norm is USA first.

The reason hasbro is releasing these in Canada first is because they will make a higher profit in Canada then in the states. So it is easy to end the year on a high note. I mean at HTS your buying deluxes at $10 shipped. In Canada they are $19 not shipped.

326372 is the sku for the voyagers. I picked them up from the new TRU in Burlington. Second largest in Canada by square foot...behind the one in the West Edmonton Mall. They restock fairly well. I love getting these figures so quickly...I still have them on preorder from Automaton, those will be for my MOC and MIB collection. Yeah things are more expensive here but I make over twice what the guy in the American branch of my company makes for the exact same job...but with benefits too. so it all evens out I think. Oh yeah, we're paying between $4.68 - $5.00 a gallon for gas...that sucks.

I've read over and over in the past that what the retailer pays Hasbro is fixed and has no other effect on their profits..it is what it is...the retailer is the one that can make more profit with higher prices or offer the sales prices..i.e. Door Busters with BOGO's etc...so I don't think Hasbro is getting anything more by distrubuting in Canada first...more than likely their dist. ctr. just got things out quicker..and good for them and all our Canadian members.

Personally I think it's great that canada (who in the past has gotten screwed over when it comes to this sort of thing) is getting these.

These First Edition figures are exclusive to TRU, however I do believe the mainline of TFP will be available at most major retailers when it comes out in March.

Great news! I was getting worried they wouldn't hit shelves until next year. Hopefully that won't be the case for the US.

If season 2 compares to season 1, TF: Prime will be my all time fav show surpassing Beast Wars which has held top billing for me since the beginning.

And I know you aren't talking about me because I have been on board with this series since the start. Which is why I have all the deluxes available world wide, bought at retail, and Alucard does not.
