Transformers Prime "Triage" Promo Image

Comics Continuum has updated with a new promotional image for this weeks upcoming episode of Transformers Prime Season 2. The episode is entitled "Triage" and will continue the Autobots and Decepticons race to gather the cybertronian relics. On the case this week is an old Generation 1 partnership rekindled as Ratchet and Wheeljack take on Soundwave for the next relic. Tune in this Saturday on the Hub to watch "Triage".

We thought it would be interesting to use a “real time” structure, and pair off the characters in a way that would allow us to explore specific relationships more deeply. We’ve done “epic” – now we're hoping to be both epic and intimate at the same time.

It had been a while since we checked in with the Teens on a more human, interpersonal level (hence ‘TunnelVision’); felt the need to explore issues of “allegiance” via Dreadwing and Starscream (in ‘Triangulation’); as for ‘Triage’ which you are about to see – we were and still are VERY excited about teaming Wheeljack with Ratchet, and bringing Soundwave to the forefront once again in a compelling way; as for the final part in our ‘T’ quadrilogy, know that repercussions from the events of this four-parter will continue to be felt throughout the remainder of the season…

I expect this episode to rule total ass. Interesting about Toxicity, as well. Wonder what's gonna happen that's so important. I'm thinking either "New character found as a relic" or "character death".

like everyone else, I'm looking forward to see Soundwave opening up a can again.

from the teaser video for this episode, the way Soundwave owned Airacnid and Wheeljack raising hell back in Con Job & Loose Cannons, Soundwave VS Wheeljack should be raising the bar for sweet robot death match in this series.

and I'm also looking forward to the scene from this teaser image - two grumpy old men who have nothing in common going on a ride together. I hope it's better that when Optimus was riding with Wheeljack.

I'm a gonna say.... naww. The Arms Micron thing is an overseas exclusive and the AM's are not available except by importing to kids here in the U.S., so it doesn't make much sense to go there. That is unless Hasbro starts selling the AM's here in the states as well.
