Wowzers. This could be the episode we've all been waiting for!

Has it occurred to anyone else that episodes 12-15 might just all be happening concurrently? The synopses seem to all focus on different bots.

Wait...could that mean Wheeljack could be back next week? Or will Ratchet just come across him in this possible "arc"?

Soundwave you say? Wheeljack and Ratchet team up you say?

Triangulation and Triage? Is that some kind of multi-parter?

But being more serious now, going to be great to see them back again.

Wow, you're right!! I guess the ancient relics of TF: Prime is the same as to what the minicons of TF Armada did for the show. I wonder if the kids play a vital role in these episodes.

So, it's Arcee and Bee in New York, Optimus in Antartica and Jacky and Ratch somewhere with Soundwave? Yep...interesting choice of titling. Where's Bulk gonna end up in, Canada? France?

Still, good to know there's an episode on May 19th. ...wait, Aw scrap our first break! I guess I should be happy about the SMALL gap.

Ratchet and Wheeljack, I'm far from a Geewunner but it will be cool to see those two working together again.

So did Armada, and we all know how that one turned out.

I am very very happy that we got 14 episodes without a break this season. I have no problem with waiting, but god knows it is a bit silly when it takes more than 1 year to air 26 episodes.

You got that right. Having a show in Hiatus is quite bothersome.

Y'know, I'm still waiting for one of these relics to be another in-stasis Cybertronian like Skyquake.

Hey, that seems like a pretty smart bet. It would function well as the standard cartoon show dramatic mid-season "big event" - last season gave us Megatron's return across eps 13 and 14, and this would add one ep to either side to make a four-part mid-season mini-epic. I think you're on the money that each episode might be focusing on small groups of Autobots taking on different Decepticons in simultaneous missions around the globe.

Sounds like fun. I'd like to know what the relics are, there importance and whether they connect to Unicron's return or not. Next weeks episode looks like the beginning of Unicron's return.

This mid-season break, assuming we get one, is going to be one very long wait.

I hope the quest for relics to become something epic, but having Unicron appear on every season finale doesn't seem to be good idea...

I'd rather see something else myself, but the season finale commentary has stated that Unicron is not dead. If Unicron's starting to awaken again, the Cybertronians are going to have to look for a more permanent solution this time around--Optimus will not risk using the Matrix of Leadership a second time, and I doubt Megatron would risk giving Optimus the Forge of Solus.

Would the Spark Extractor come into play? Would it work on Unicron? or are they going to use one of there new finds?

I can't wait to see how Starscream/Silas are going to throw a wrench into the plans of both the Autobots and Decepticons.

It's been a good while now since I first wondered how cool this combination could be! Then I thought of it again when I bought their RiD figures at the introductory sale price. Not long to wait now it seems.

This sounds like Soundwave's going to get compromised by something more threatening than the three kids when they had just been thrown into the deep end of the Transformers' struggle on Earth. That is to say, if Soundwave gets in over his head, (how) will he ask for help?

That question is part open, part rhetorical; I guess my point is this episode seems like a fine opprtunity to push the buttons of fans wondering if/when Soundwave will speak - not to rule out the possibility entirely.

Ratchet and Wheeljack together, so many bladed weapons 8)

I found myself liking people making fools of themselves and raging about something that didn't happen in an episode, but after seeing that they were wrong about it, continuing to insist that it happened either way. Hehehe

Star Wars a New Hope sux now because Two Tie Fighers Collided after seeing the Millenium Falcon coming their way. Oh, and the Millenium Falcon destroyed those ties, not their own miscalculation.

Season 2 final, Optimus and Unicron team up to stop an out of control power tripping-over powered Megatron and a dark energon zombie Primus in order to save Earth (Unicron). Team up is caused by the kids talking to Unicron and convincing him to help (they play the "you're our daddy" card better then Optimus did). Megatron wins, Optimus is near death. Autobots use the space bridge to evacuate Earth, Unicron transforms and starts owning the hell out of Primus. Unicron cures Primus by removing the dark energon, Primus and Unicron revive Optimus.

Megatron is destroyed but season three teaser shows him being rebuilt or reanimated as Galvatron. Unicron becomes Earth again and Primus replaces Pluto.

sounds great. Putting Ratchet, Jack, an Soundwave all in the same episode was a brilliant move.

i wonder if this is part of a legitimate reason that soundwave, knockout, and dreadwing were nowhere to be seen in Armada? ie- that Soundwave is already at the location that Ratchet and Wheeljack end up in this episode. Im not sure if he was mentioned in the spoiler for Triangulation, but im willing to bet Dreadwing will be paired off against Optimus (and Starscream?!) in Triangulation, and Knockout will be in New York. In theory, maybe these three episodes basically are occuring cocurrently right after Armada. Maybe Armada won't seem so rushed or whatever when watched in sequence with these next 3 episodes. And maybe whatever comes after Triage will be some epic wrapup tying all the episodes back together (note- i dont mean clip show)

I find myself chuckling at the comments that block out Wheeljack and/or Soundwave's names. (Not calling people out, mind you )

Is Wheeljack's presence in an episode really spoiler tag-worthy (for the comments, not the original episode description)? The thread is about the new episode title and description, which in itself is covered in spoiler-tags. Anyone who wants to know what the episode is about beforehand will have read the spoilers and/or read through pages of comments. No need to black out character names of character who we already know exist. If it was a new character, I could understand. But Soundwave? Wheeljack? No need to keep them a secret.

I'd say "Not more relic hunts!" but this has the three characters that have gotten the least amount of coverage, and they're apparently in the spotlight. Also Deployer? I smell cassette info.

Have you noticed they haven't shown the kids in a while? Strictly Bots which is pretty awesome, although Jack and Raf kinda missing a bit.

Why do the last 2 episodes that have been revealed have 'Tri' in them? Subtle hint?

No break+wheeljack coming back? With ratchet?! And soundwave doing something? Yes!!! Yes!!!!

Here's hoping Wheeljack stays this time.

Anyone hoping that one of the sets of relics is guarded by a sleeper autobot?
