As I said, the Snokescreen toy from Japan is a repaint/retool of Knockout. This doesn't look like Knockout, so this isn't Smokescreen

Was hopeful for Jazz when I saw the car, then someone pointed out the 38 and dashed my hopes...hopefully he'll be interesting.

I'm kinda getting a Movie/Bayverse Sideswipe vibe from the Autobot.

On the side of the vehicle, it kinda blends in with the checkerboard stuff.

The white color scheme and red horns on his head scream Prowl. I think I'd kinda' rather have prowl than Smokescreen, but I'm glad we're getting some new characters.

how can you say that with such assurance - im just trying to say i think it is, the evidence leads me to believe that is smokescreen (but i could be totally wrong)

the 38 i pretty clear, it is written in white, very stylized letters with a weird blobby detail covering the bottom left corner of both the 3 and the 8. The red behind them is not part of the letters. Very reminescent of an old-school european racing car or something like that (just the style of the lettering, not the car itself persay)

I'm leaning towards either Prowl or a completely new guy.

Well that pic of him in car mode looks like he's inside the Autobot base (the raised edges on the ground are the giant insignia on the floor), so I can't imagine this guy being anything other than the new Autobot. If it were Smokescreen it would be interesting indeed.

Can we now stop freaking out about Wheeljack being the new Autobot?

Breakaway would work well as a sarcastic guy who constantly bites off more than he can chew while being nonchalant when captured.

The 38 pretty much takes this apart, but here was my theory.

Prowl. Based on the alt-mode choice, mostly. He's a sports car, which many high-end police interceptors are. He's got dazzle-painting, a common police car marking. There's also the chevron in robot mode.

But it really is Smokescreen, guys.

It does look like him color wise. It would be a rather obscure character, but then again these are the same guys who brough in Dreadwing

He looks cool. His alt and robot mode seems to be a fusion of Wheeljack and Bumblebee with hints of Movie Sideswipe.

He may be Prowl but he actually seems to look like Mirage due to the decals on his body.

Okay, I was flipping through channels while getting ready for school and I just so happened to see this promo and I clicked on it in the middle of the promo on my SD channel. So, sorry about the quality. Yes, I know there's a lot going on but the main ones that jumped out to me were Silas and the new Autobot because of all the speculation. I've been looking for another one on my HD channel in hopes in recording a somewhat better version but I haven't found one. So here's this one for who's interested.

We have seen literally nothing about this character. There is no way to make any kind of accurate guess as to his (or her, but I doubt it) fighting skill.
