PrimeDeusExMachina021
Once again, AT&T's U-Verse listings come through with a slightly expanded description for an upcoming episode of Transformers Prime. This upcoming episode, Hard Knocks, seems to be the third part of an arc that began with yesterday's new episode Legacy - and it promises a good amount of Knock Out and Stascream action for all you fans of these two characters.

Check out the full description below - spoiler tagged for your protection:

When their desperate efforts to acquire the coveted Omega Keys take an unexpected and frantic turn, Knock Out is able to take advantage of the power of sound while Starscream uses his efforts to focus on the power of hyper-speed.

Doesn't hint that KO leaves the Cons so I'm assuming until proven wrong that he doesn't. Also, an episode that continues with the Omega Keys. Sounds like they're going to replace the general relic hunting for a while.

So Knockout steals the Sonic Amplifier or what ever it was called?

That would be my guess. Unless somebody trips over a clump of yellow Energon next week. (please don't)

The Resonance Blaster. I'm thinking that too.
onionna
It might actually be an Omega Key, but I go with Blaster thing because it has already been introduced into the series.

Or KO got a really good sound system. It would be hilarious if he got the ability to turn into a sound box like G1 Soundwave did.
Stardust262
Knockout will conveniently find Periwinkle Energon, which will give him his ability
Feralstorm
Just wait 'til you see the powers granted by paisley and argyle energon!
shroobmaster
I'm glad they're letting Knockout use the sound power instead of Soundwave.

I mean giving Soundwave the sound gun is like... giving Breakdown a hammer.

^^^ True.

Sounds interesting...Just wonder if SS and KO will WORK together or at cross purposes?? Hoping all these remaining episodes are as good as today's.

Yeah, today's episode was something else.

I like how this appears to be a Decepticons only episode.

Maybe he finds a sonic buffer that polishes while transferring sonic powers to the user

We previously saw Breakdown having some thoughts of joining Starscream back in "Operation: Breakdown". I wonder if Breakdown ever told this to Knockout? It would be cool of we get a flashback, supporting the notion that KO is leaving the Cons.

This sounds like it'll be a good episode. Too bad it doesn't air for 2 weeks.

I find this reasoning to be highly logical.
Meta777
Okay, cool, KO and Starcream use their new super powers to go find keys and stuff. I wonder how Soundwave will feel if KO steals his Resonance Blaster
Hicks_Royel
So... TF Prime is basically boiling down into Jackie Chan's Adventures? Only "Talisman" is replaced with "Key"?

Well, I reckon.

Can't wait.

Since this appears to be a Knockout-focused episode, I hope they open the episode with Knockout still "operating" on Silasdown. It'd be a shame (though not completely unexpected) if they completely forgot about that particular arc, but I think this would be the perfect opportunity to remind the audience that Silasdown is still in the 'Con's possession. Not the focus on the episode, mind you, just a short 2 minute scene to basically say "Hey, Silasdown is still here and this episode will have a lot of Knockout for you!". I can dream, can't I?

When did Breakdown ever "think" of allying himself with Screamer in OPERATION: BREAKDOWN? If remembered correctly, he was forced into attacking Bulkhead at the end because if he didn't then Starscream would no doubt rat him out to Megatron.

You cold see that he didn't want to attack him, but yeah, Starscream would have ratted him out, Starscream gave him sort of an offer not really at the end of the episode. But if Breakdown was going to switch I could only see him going Autobot.

It would have been an interesting arc to have BD change sides instead of becoming Silas' new attire. I have a feeling KO probably stumbled across another relic or a key and it gives him the sonic power. Not necessarily that he leaves the Cons. Sadly, KO seems to have the perfect personality to stay a Con. The only thing I could see making him change sides has something to do with Soundwave. Or... He has a complete meltdown and forgets who he is and his paint job obsession.

Thanks for sharing.

I would have liked to see Breakdown switch sides, be good to see, but can see Dreadwing swapping sides now.

I'm looking forward to this episode. We're gonna see alot of Knock-Out and that is good
onionna
More Knockout is ALWAYS good.
Breakdown96
I like the fact we get more Knockout, like his personality.

Well a lot of the writers of that show are writing this show. Plus Jade = Miko.

Besides the more Knockout the better.
Oracle_Aesir
Hmmm...Hyper-Speed was the trademark of the Speed planet key...not sure if any of them line up to a sonic scream, but could this mean there are 4 keys and they correspond (at least colour-wise) to the ones from Cybertron?

...but they already gave him the power of sound; he used it to defeat Wheeljack just before the midsummer break.
onionna
Well, he did have sonic powers in G1, right? It would kind of be a homage to the older stuff.

For all you peeps who are suggesting different color energon... We all know it will be RAINBOW!
onionna
I think it would be cool if they got energon called VenEn. Venom energon.

Isn't that pretty much just toxic energon?

I was thinking maybe VenEn would affect the mind. Make you delusional or homicidal. Or animalistic.

mmh... wait a second...

More Bulkhead development - almost dies then almost disappears for 3 episodes - other than cameo's
More Dreadwing development - disappears for 5 episodes after
More Breakdown development - dies
More Starscream development - disappears for about 10 episodes - other than cameo's
More Shockwave development - trapped in spacebridge

I have a feeling that this will only mean either;
Knock Out dies
Knock Out returns to the Decepticons with barely any changes
Knock Out disappears completely for the next few episodes
onionna
They may just want to develop his character more because he's popular.

Hahaha! Then when team Prime get the energon, there is a surprising plot twist. They instantly gain skittles, which attract unicorns. The they ride the unicorns down the rainbows and burn out Megatrons optics from the sight of it, and they use the power to bring Cliffjumper and Tailgate back online. Then when they defeat unicron with unicorn power, at the end of the rainbow, there is a leprechaun. The leprechaun gives each bot some gold and they live happily ever after... Untill there skittles are gone. Then the unicorns run away, and everything that happened while the unicorns were there, reverses... O.O

Oh, that was nothing. You should hear some of the stuff me and my friends come up with. When you have 4 more people who also have crazy minds, it can get pretty weird...
onionna
Sounds like my friends when it comes to anime. Scary fun times.

So it's the old desription with two or three more words added in? Yaaaaay...
