Exactly what it was supposed to be. A flashback with Arcee trying to make Miko feel better. Nothing special. And Billy Brown was Cliff's voice.

I didn't like his voice.

Ehhhh...will watch, but it'll be a flashback ep...and never been too excited about ol' one eye anyway.

Shockwave is the HAL 9000....oh noes.

I was hoping they'd get Corey Burton to reprise Shockwave, or that they finally got David Warner as retribution for missing out on using him in DOTM, hell, they could've used Steve Blum since he voices Ol' Red-Eye in the games and they ARE in the same continuity. Instead, they got Depth Charge, David Sobolov, to VA Shockwave in the show.

I'll take it. Sobolov voiced a badass in Beast Wars, he can sure enough voice the badass that is Shockwave, am I right?

I missed Corey Burton. Prime Shockwave had a very generic voice.

At first it sounded like Shockwave was voiced by Michael Dorn (of Star Trek: The Next Generation and Disney's Gargoyles fame). That, I wouldn't have minded at all, but I suppose the guy they did use did a pretty good job (though I do miss Corey Burton too).

There were some neat little throwbacks to his G1 self (logical, etc.) but wish he did a bit more this ep. It was still a very enjoyable ep compared to past efforts, and hooray for character development! Cliffjumper I liked too; he wasn't the Rock, but I didn't care at that point since his banter with Arcee was pretty decent.

Bulkhead.... TFP continues its streak of nullifying any cool/tragic character twists (Orion Pax, anyone?) in a span of 1-2 episodes before the effects can really sink in at all.

Why would they let Cliff say something like, "I hope so. I want a rematch." when he is obviously dead since episode 1???

Because that's his personality and also a way for the writers to foreshadow a return by Shockwave in the present.

Because this took place before Episode 1 and I don't think Cliffjumper knew he was going to be dead then.

If only there is Shockwave toy under the Arm Micron series as the AM29 is the FOC Shockwave,not the PRIME Shockwave

Which makes that line all the more bittersweet.
