Transformers Prime Episode 36 Armada Preview

As I expected, no new characters.

Still this is looking like the best episode of the Season so far.

Bulkhead is hilarious XD The hiding and stealth reminds me a lot of Animated.

And hmm, Starscream got his T-cog back obviously, but from where?

I think it's a bit early to say that. For all we know, Starscream found another way to get aboard the Nemesis. After all, Bulkhead's aboard, and he can't fly.

starscream could have easily got a T-Cog from any of the Vehicons.

Nice seeing Bulkhead beat the snot out of Starscream.

Actually, it's pretty safe to say. He transforms his arms into blasters in the clip, which means he must have a T-cog now, since Bee couldn't use his blasters without one either.

My guess is the first part of the episode shows him raiding a military base to get his T-cog from the Nemesis wreck. Just a theory ^^"

Seems like Starscream caught Waspinator's luck this season.

Fowler was right, Starscream IS his own worst enemy.

While I think you're right about there not being any new characters, it's hard to say that for certain when you just watch a clip from somewhere in the middle of the episode.....

This episode does look like it's going to be great though.

Bulkhead rocks. Good to see Starscream's got his t-cog back, I assume he did since his arms transform and he had to fly to get up there.

"Why is it everytime I return to my old stomping grounds, I find an AUTOBOT wandering the halls?!"

Poor Starscream. I hope Bulkhead doesn't take him out of it completely, if you get my meaning.

Starscream had some really great animation with his face going on. Has it been like that this whole season? I haven't noticed before now.

Out of all the Starscreams in the world, he's the Starscreamiest.

Thinking about it - If Starscream is knocked out, which he probably is, then the chances are that the Decepticons will find him before he reawakens. What will happen from there, one can only wonder.

The facial animations look so good.

I noticed the "upgrade" for the first time when he was injured and bartering with Ratchet and Bulkhead earlier this season. It's pretty awesome.

Seriously, that clip! Glad that Starscream had the balls to attack Bulkhead and Bulkhead seemed so pissed! His "For everything." sent chills down my spine.

All I'm hoping for is that Starscream can do some more damage down the line. I thought he was going to total Bulkhead at first, but of course, no.

His face/eye animation was pretty good in Rock Bottom too

Looks like this is before the Insecticons attack.

Starscream's body language is amazing. Like how his wings fold up when Bulkhead asks if he rejoined Megatron. I think 'Scream is getting special treatment from the animators just like Miko.

I will be really pissed if in the end Starscream still doesn't have his T-cog and his transforming blasters are just a mistake.

Out of 5 Starscream-episodes this season SS gets seriously injured in 3. Y Starscream u so crayze, Bulkhead is like 3 times your size. And people dare to say he's a coward xD

You'd think that Starscream would eventually learn to stop bringing up Cliffjumper when he's around Autobots.

Bringing up the fact that you offed one of their closest friends and comrades? Whilst standing on the ship of your new enemy? With no backup? There's no possible way this can go wrong!

Well Bulkhead did kinda threaten him and we already know from 'Partners' how Starscream reacts under pressure.
Either having his T-cog back got Starscream's ego back in shape, or for some reason he doesn't want the Autobots to forget that they aren't friends. And here some thought that in 'Crossfire' he has learned his lesson to stay on 'Bots good side *sigh*

Wonder if it's "sorry, too busy" as in "on my way to kill Megatron".

And Bulkhead is now my least favourite character. I'm so fucking tired of hearing about stupid Cliffjumper. I used to like his design but the constant mention of this totally characterless person who we never saw interact with any of the main cast is getting old at light speed. You can't just keep mentioning somebody we've only glimpsed and expect it to mean anything to us.

Starscream, however, continues to be magnificent, but they are making him out to be far too much of a pushover. How did this clown ever become second in command? Movie Starscream had a higher success rate than this guy. Way to ruin my favourite character by making him completely ineffectual against everyone.

Bulkhead also brought up Bumblebee, which is great, given the events of Operation: Bumblebee. While Bulkhead doesn't stand out in terms of characterization, he ain't exactly crap, either.

And, there goes what's left of my enthusiasm.

Ugh Armada is really going to town on Arcee/Starscream. Airachnid is going to die with no Starscream involvement and Starscream is going to get his t-cog back with no Arcee involvement. All we get Arcee's name in his mouth.

Looks like a good episode.
Lots of personality in the animation in that clip.

I also like the way the characters are starting to have personal relationships -even with their enemies.

Much respect, Split, but you need to just stop watching the show.
You have a lot to say about Transformers Prime but it's nearly always negative.
Even here you state that Starscream is 'magnificent' followed by 'the show has ruined him'.

You even jumped in both threads about the clip to disparage it.

At this point I don't think you'll ever enjoy the Transformers Prime show -better to spend your leisure time on Xbox Live or something, right?

I don't want to fuel your StarCee enthusiasm, but didn't you notice that when Starscream mentions Arcee he smiles for a second? You can hold on to that until Saturday and who knows, maybe the episode will be better than you expect.

His voice and personality are magnificent. The fact that he's the biggest whimp in the world is not. Starscream's not supposed to be uber unstoppable tough by himself, but they take it too far in the opposite direction.

Except for, y'know, all those episodes I enjoyed. But I guess thsoe don't count because it would render your entire response irrelevant.

A whopping 22 minutes out of each week does not my leisure time make. I'll watch what I want to watch.

At first when I heard Steve Blum was doing Starscream I didn't know what to expect but the guy has totally nailed the character.

Also: the dialogue in this one clip is pretty good IMHO. I wonder who wrote this episode?

what smasher said, i really find your criticisms of the show ring false from where im sitting- it's like you want to hate the show and be disapointed by it.

and furthermore, why cant Bulkhead "mention" cliff? Im pretty sure if someone murdered a member of my 'family' i'd be more than a little pissed off, even a whole 'season' later i probably would still be upset about it. Besides, its Starscream that mentioned him first
