In which case it likely ends in that happening as a cliff-hanger.
The first few episodes were good – as they dealt with the arrival of Ultra Magnus and Optimus's revival (S3-1 to S3-4)
The next two episodes helped establish the Predacons were on Earth and Cybertron (S3-5 to S3-6)
The next episode was filler – just re-iterating the point (S3-7)
Thirst is mostly filler but re-introduces Airachnid – who hopefully might return (S3-8)
Evolution established Predaking could transform, that the explosion created cybertronian matter and that they intended to rebuild the Omega-Lock (S3-9)
Minus-one was completely pointless as the cons could have captured Ratchet without Soundwave being captured – and Soundwaves capture demonstrated nothing but Autobot stupidity (S3-10)
The next episode was completely pointless as Megatron spends the whole episode talking to Ratchet – when the episode after establishes that none of it mattered. The destruction of the Autobot base is also pointless… and thrown off as a semi-comedic scene of 'we sure fooled them' The only thing that happens during the whole episode is that they discover the Decepticon warship and Predaking fights Megatron a bit (S3-11 to S3-12)
With the description of the movie and clips and the fact that we can already confirm;
With so much known about the final episode its pretty easy to sort out the episodes into which are 'filler' in this case its about 6 of the 13 episodes we've had this series.

So by those two clips, especially the second one, it's clear to me that my theory was correct. Using the Omega Lock 2.0 to restore cybertron ALSO revives the dead Predacon species, hence the title of the movie.
And it's good to finally hear Bee speak. It sounds like Nolan is doing the VO

Pretty much this. Journey that counts, not the destination. Unless the journey is just as terrible as the destination… in which case I'll give Prime it's ups and downs. There were some good moments, and then there were some bad ones. Like… laughably bad. Like… did the writers really just go there, kind of bad.
But now, any enjoyment of the journey in between is null and void. Only the destination matters! [/sarcasm]

So by this screwed up logic, the entire series has been utterly pointless. Why didn't they just give us the Predacons Rising movie 3 years and be done with it. Then we didn't have to waste our time watching all these episodes.

Sweet two new predacons and bee finally speaks i love his voice P.S Chew on that !!! For all you people who wanted bumblebee to die thinking he was completely irelevant.

WOW just WOW !

Ratchet probably figured out what he needed to complete it and blew up the evidence so Knockout/Megatron wouldn't see. I'm sure he didn't blow it up without getting a good look at it.
Since Knockout had to call the guards to open thr door, I'm guessing he's kept in the lab almost as a prisoner.

I'd like to think that what he threw in there wasn't vital to their research, but you know, if it was…
This is on par with G1 Red Alert setting the Negavator to self destruct after coming to his senses. That was Plan A.

Ratchet, you might want to grab the Star Saber on your way out.

"Hmm… I just completed the key to our planet's revival and I want my home planet revived. But, wait… I have friends and Megatron doesn't…"

You could have just avoided the spoilers and enjoyed the twists as they go. You choice the elswise and also decided to be angry about it.

True, but I'm pretty sure Megs would have told him to keep an eye on him, just in case. I mean, surely the Decepticons can't be stupid enough to believe that Ratchet wouldn't try, I don't know, sabotaging the formula, stealing the formula, escape…
It's just common sense…

So this renders the entire last episode completely pointless and renders this episode entirely filler as we know
so that must mean that this entire episode will be a waste of time unless it leads up to
however we know that will be utterly pointless as we know the outcome is
So in short… out of the final three episodes, the first two are utterly pointless and the third we already know the outcome of… :/

Jeffrey Combs remains the best fucking actor on this show.
And Knock Out is back to his incompetence.

posted this way before then lol.

"Not now…not ever." I just love how that line was delivered.
