You know, if they are going to uses this music then why don't they have all of the Transformers dancing to the song.

I prefer the American Prime theme over all the Japanese Prime theme and I usually love the Japanese themes of other TF series better other than Beast Wars...

I'm glad they kept the songs, but I'm kind of iffy on the new ending. I like the third one better mainly because it was interesting to watch.

There should never be any other opening not called Transformers Evo. They broke the mold with that one. I thought Feeling was bad but Transformerz is about as bad as the themes they put on the live action soundtracks.

By the way, anyone know the name and artist of the ending theme?

How's Prime doing in terms of ratings over in Japan, anyways?

There's been some other great Japanese themes over the years. Evo / Animated was probably the greatest, but the Generation 1 themes in particular Victory and Zone are good. The Unicron trilogy did okay and Car Robots got some good ones.

Truth is, these jazzy, poppy songs simply don't work for Transformers at the best of times - especially not for a series as serious in tone as Transformers Prime.

That opening is actually kind of catchy.

probably pretty good, it has a large internet fanbase from what i've seen.

I honestly like the music in the intro and the outro; but in my opinion, Dreadwing should be replaced with Shockwave since Dreadwing gets killed off anyway.

No offence - but you'd think they'd change the opening theme music after seeing how bad it is! Like the ending though!

I've grown to like Transformerz. It's not horrible infact it's catchy but it is indeed illfitting.

The clips they used are amazing. How can no one appreciate the clips chosen. It was beautiful to look at.

Awful and just waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to long, couldn't stand it even just once let alone if it was every week!!!

Dreadwing's demise doesn't come until the end of the season though. While Shockwave is only in part of a single episode. So on balance, makes more sense for Dreadwing to be the more heavily featured in the intros. When Beast Hunters makes its way to Japan, yeah, stick Predaking and Shockwave in there since it looks like Shocky is getting a larger role in BH.

Even though these intros just seem a little corny, I think they're really cool and catchy! I just think they just show the more heroic, less dark side of TF Prime, and yet gets across the seriousness in a very 90's way by showing cool clips.

I open another tab and listen to this (the 3rd OP the most) every now and again and fiddle with my FE Prime, just so quirky! Reminds me of my childhood days of playing the SEGA and messing with toys.

The dub isn't exactly what I would call "serious" just watch Breakdown's death scene or whenever an Insecticon shows up. While I love the dub's interpretation of them they don't mirror the English version at all.

I like a lot of J-Pop, I like a lot of the Japanese Transformers openings (I can even give the Beast Wars one a pass), and I'm a big anime fan, but this..... Dear GOD my ears. They hurt. The ending isn't TERRIBLE, but do they really need be so..... techno? It's awful. Then again, I'm not a big fan of electronic music at all.

Unfortunately, at least, it's your opinion...I love both songs!

By the way, ALL Japanese songs(Idol team like AKB 48, Japanese traditional enka, Ani-son and more!) are "J-Pop", aren't they!?

I wonder how many of you who say 'the opening is terrible' realize all four of the openings are the same song and the only thing that changes is what scenes are shown in the opening.

The only thing I thought was funny was they showed the Starscream hip-swinging thing.

USA intro Superior; Japan intro inferior.

The first opening was "Feeling" by Big Bang, and this one is a remix of the second opening's song.

Wow... I didn't think that could suck as bad as it did. Both have none of the gravity that the series or the American themes have. It makes it seem so kid friendly.

What about Owl City's nostalgic electronica music and the heavy half-beat, bass drop of dubsteps? You've got to admire "Fireflies" and some of the dubstep tunes.

I'm suprised no one has noticed this but there was no mention of Arachnid anywhere.

They also introduced Dreadwing as a regular character.

I'd say that means Arachnid is dead but Dreadwing makes a come back.
