For those lucky enough to attend San Diego Comic Con 2014, you’ll be in for a treat if you stop by the Transformers Panel on Thursday July 24. During the Hasbro team panel, fans will get the first look at the new Transformers: Robots In Disguise cartoon launching in early 2015. This likely could be the clips that were supposed to be shown during the 4th of July Transformers marathon on the Hub.
Also included during the panel will be another first as fans get a glimpse at the third season of Transformers: Rescue Bots and of course exclusive reveals of upcoming Transformers products for the coming year. We have a lot to look forward to it seems!
Read on for the full SDCC announcement and discuss what you think will be revealed! Hasbro: Transformers Panel
Members of the Hasbro and Hasbro Studios team will give fans an exclusive sneak peek at the new animated series Transformers: Robots In Disguise airing in early 2015 on Hub Network in the U.S. and globally. Attendees will also get a first look at the third season of Transformers: Rescue Bots, also airing on the Hub Network. In addition, attendees can celebrate the 30-year legacy of the Transformers brand and experience exclusive reveals of never-beefore-seen product. The Transformers team members will also host some Q&A for your burning Transformers questions!

I swear if this new show doesn't explain what happened to the humans from Transformers: Prime and changes Arcee back to pink, I will be very pissed. Plus I hope they return with the previous Autobots and Decepticons the way they were before because I'm already calling a ripoff on Sideswipe looking like Knockout with the latter not returning so far.
Then again, as long as Arcee and Megatron don't truly change with the same voice actors, I'm fine with the show. Just don't give us bullshit, Hasbro!

I've heard that it's a mesh between both 2D and 3D. Though I'm pretty sure I'm wrong about that.
Whatever animation style we are getting, I'm sure it'll look great.
Prime135
Really? I hadn't heard that and I was kind of disappointed that it wasn't cgi.
LegendAntihero
I hope it's not CGI
Crosswise
You and me both! I keep hearing this is going to be a CGI show, similar to Prime, but none of the artwork I've seen proves this.

I'll be there, but honestly, I would have liked Hasbro to have shelled out for a panel for the series all its own, getting in is becoming unbearably difficult, that room is teeny, it's a 300-seater with only 50 minutes of time to dedicate to its original subject and now it has to split focus (and likely wait for everybody to put away their cameras, since we 300 people will be there representing the fans by taking coverage of the content – we're allowed to photograph SDCC content). And it's going to be improperly lit in the room for the chintzy projector and screen, all for what's likely less than 3 minutes of footage.
Well, hopefully they aren't at least going to make the same mistake that Hasbro's Star Wars team made last year with that disastrous Rovio Angry Birds Star Wars co-panel, that was awful.

I hope they release the footage, because unless someone wants to give me several thousand dollars, I'm not going to SDCC any time in the future. I thought I was going crazy when nothing showed up on the 4th of July. Turns out it was Hasbro that screwed up. Pretty disappointed. Hopefully we get to see something. I was hoping they'd premiere the first episode or two, similar to what they did with Animated and Prime (although I know they premiered later on in the year, but still).

You mean, it's not time for Animaniacs?
But… They're zany to the max!
Grimwing
SDCC sniping botcon of its hasbro reveals. Just like every year.
Hasbro Legal sure is in love with Comic Con.

Prime135
I saw a commercial for it on the hub once, but otherwise no.
Megastar
I'm looking forward to this new show.

Animaniacs is 21 years old, and only ran for 5 years.
So we can safely say anyone who is 21 or younger likely has never seen Animaniacs.
Septimus-Prime
Can't wait for this series! :3

BotCon had an animatic preview for Season 3 of Rescue Bots, perhaps they'll have a fully animated sneak peak this time around? As for RiD2, Prime: The Sequel, Team: Bee, or whatever it's main point of reference will eventually be, I'm just not as enthused for it as of yet. That's probably mostly to do with the unoriginal name so far making me think they're going to phone in an effort with this show as well. I hope to be wrong of course.

A few more people then you would like to think…
The Flash
Don't remind me about the Hasbro line tickets…*shudder*. I don't want to blow half of my day waiting for those, then another couple of hours in the actual line, only to find out that either:
A) They sold out their allotment of that day, the day before. (This has happened to me multiple years.)
B) They sold out while I was in line.

I would love to see it but sadly as always I will ironically miss the Transformers Panel because I'll be too busy trying to buy Transformers exclusives.

Well they released the sneak peek of transformers prime a few days after comic con 2010, hopefully it will be the same. I know most sneak peeks are con exclusives, but they technically owe us a sneak peek, since they advertised a sneak peek for free on tv, which was never shown, which technically means they lied, it would have been better if they could have atleast apilogized afterwards like "hey guys sorry we didn't show a preview on tv, wanted to save it for comic con, but they will be released online shortly after"
