Fellow fan site Full Metal Hero reports on some of the new items on display at the UK Toy Fair. At this no-photos-permitted event there is:
The return of Transformers Generations / Fall of Cybertron toys – Fall of Cybertron gets toys under the Generations branding. There are eight new releases planned, the only one definitely confirmed as of this time is Fall of Cybertron Jazz.
Optimus Maximus – A large-scale Cyberverse citybot, it is said to be a Cyberverse base playset that can also transform into a full robot mode. Scale is somewhere between Ultimate Optimus and a Leader Class, features lights, sounds, firing missiles, launching vehicles.
Prime Weaponizers – Leader Class Transformers Prime toys, the first two confirmed are Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. These are apparently simplified for the sake of the kids playing with them and feature deployable weapons – Optimus Prime has chainguns that pop out of his cab and mount on his shoulders.
Kre-O – lots of new releases for 2012 announced including Kreon Centric Sets with Kreons and little bases, an Optimus Prime VS Megatron set, a Wheeljack VS Knockout set, and a massive 9 in 1 Kre-O Devastator
There was also some information on Bot Shots, the line is intended to be Transformers meets Bakugan, and will come with various releases including Ultimate packs and launchers (the Big Rig sets previously revealed?)

8 reveals = 3 potential waves. That's pretty good numbers for a sideline. You'd be looking at either 4-2-2 or 3-3-2 for new mold distribution, if they go with the launch of the game. That'd fill out the last four months of the year nicely. Bear in mind also this is only for 2012, so there could be more in 2013.

That's not necessarily true. The Universe line only had a few reveals at a time. In fact, the only reason it felt like we had so many reveals for the Generations line is because of the shared aesthetic in RTS. Past that, they don't really go balls out with the reveals unless it's the start of a line.
Actually, I can't think of any lines that had more reveals than 8 this early.

Because most fans don't care about them
But all I've heard for this year thus far are a bunch of repacks in the class II range, Darth Maul is still due in the class I range, and Class III is just the QuadChanger STar Destroyer in new packaging.
No one has said anything really because there is nothing really new to report at this stage.
Ravenxl7
No problem.
They're a part of the two pages from the UK toy fair catalog dedicated to Star Wars (seen here over at Toyark). Though other than the fact that they are continuing, there is no new info on them.
RedAlert Rescue
Were any new Star wars Transformers mentioned at Toyfare – They always seem to get overlooked on this site – but if anything was said I'd like to know ?

New generations and Fall of Cybertron figures. Guess I'll have to start collecting again this year
Well the year off was nice. Couldn't have afforded to keep it up anyway.
Runamuck
Oh, ok. Thanks for the info, man.
PrimusVsUnicron
oh… I feel dumb
Ravenxl7
Not that I know of. Considering they only mentioned eight figures, I feel it's safe to assume that we won't see them till much later in the year. Either that, or they don't have any plans past those eight figures.
dkr7
extremly happy at 8 more efc/foc figures, hoping for Starscream and Shockwave
Runamuck
A little late to the party here, sorry. As far as the Generations/FoC news goes, was there an approximate time that these were going to be released?
Steevy Maximus
And don't forget that this is for the UK, which normally doesn't see all releases anyway it seems.
Back in 2010, Generations saw 10 figures released (with another 3 from the next year slipping into December) in the US.
If nothing else, I'm sure us in the US will see a few extra redecos to fill out the line.
Sideways77
I don't see why not. She's never gotten a single toy since her debute in Animated.
Ravenxl7
It's still not out of the realm of possibility. We'll most likely see Grimlock released this year, maybe one more, and the others could be released next year. The eight figure estimate is most definitely just for this year, meaning that the line probably starts rather late in the year.

Poweriser Optimus comes with his electronic weapon and a sword
General Magnus
The prototype we saw months ago had a big huge sword.

Okay, someone wake me up when we have confirmation of ANY other characters for the Generations line, or what ever it is gonna be called
SouthtownKid
Yeah, that was my first thought as well, although I think it's wishful thinking.

what I would like to see to go w/ a leader class Optimus and BB is a leader class Megatron and a leader class Skyquake. then ultimately doing a Supreme class Unicron or Omega.
As for Optimus Maximus, this sounds like an homage to Star Convoy….possibly including a Rodimus figure…I would definately pick this up if this were the case. I can then set it up next to my Star Convoy….which I think would look awesome.
I too am glad Hasbro is continuing Generations….hoping after they do the FOC figures, they go back to the generation 1 figs and do more targetmasters and maybe include headmasters.

So excited for all of this! Still crossing my fingers we get all of the Dinobots. And very shocked to see the devestator announcement. I might actually pick that up if it's any good. This is looking like its going to be a good year for transformers
