AM-Breakdown-69_3
We have a brand new gallery to share with you today for the recently released Arms Micron Breakdown figure with Zam Micron. Courtesy of content staff member SydneyY with a little help from Administrator Sol Fury, we get a good look at this figure currently hitting mailboxes. No firm stateside release date for this figure has been announced yet, but for now you can get a great look at it with comparison pics with other figures such as his partner, Knockout and his nemesis, Bulkhead.

Also, RHINOHAMMER.

Check out the gallery below!

Same here. Just waiting on tfsource to approve some store credit.

I got mine the same day I got the FoC Deluxes. He's by far the best Prime Voyager out there - up there with the First Editions for sure.

For a bit of fun, those who own the FE Vehicon might like to know that you can do the shoulder cannon from the show - the FE Vehicon gun can plug into one of the ports next to the head to get a decent representation of the weapon configuration.

It's such a shame this one is looking doubtful for a US release, because he kicks so much ass. I've already preordered the Silas version because this one is so much fun to play with.
Optimus Prime
I was hesitant to spend ~$70 on this toy at first, but these pics make it look like it's going to be worth every cent (especially if it doesn't get a global release). I can't wait for mine to get here, if only they'd ship already!

It's been implied that the Silas version is the version that will see a Hasbro release.
I wouldn't completely rule out a version with the pre-silas parts to come out as a boxed set item at some point, just as I'd not rule out a Vehicon Jet or a Hasbro Nemesis Prime.

If the 4th Live Action Movie continues to be pushed back they will have more reason to squeeze in as many different things as possible. And there's certain repaints I'm sure people would be perfectly fine to see such as Prime Thundercracker for example.

Where's the comparison shot with him next to the real Prime Bulkhead figure?
Sol Fury
Simple answer there: We can only do photos with toys we actually own. I passed on the Wave 2 Bulkhead since I got the FE one. I can't speak for SydneyY but I think he's in the same position.

sweet Gallery! where I'm at he's only selling for like $30....
The Bucket Kitten
Hopefully my Breakdown gets here this week.

Not to be picky, but you forgot to flip Bulkhead's headlights in robot form.
Nevermore
So Syd, do you have any theory for what the name "Zam"/"Zamu" is supposed to refer to?
Grimlockimus
These pics make me even more confident in my choice to drop the cash for this guy.

Shame he might not see a US release outside of the Silas version, but hey, it could always end up a Botcon exclusive, or even a Voyager in the next line.
LigerPrime
Nice pics! And I agree he's the best Prime Voyager released to date but the stickers on the headlights in vehicle mode kill it for me. I will settle for the Hasbro version unless I see one as a good price.
naldopr
nice I'm getting mine probably tomorrow

Just a wild theory based on a google search - there is a MMORPG called "minna de quest" and they used to have a mobile phone only content, and in that, there apparently was a weapon factory called saizam (not sure of spelling) and there also was a war hammer. As you know, Sai is Japanese for rhino. Far fetched, I know, but maybe the developer, Mr.Nakase might have been a quest player!

@Syd: Great pics, regardless.

Looks like mine is gonna arrive tomorrow.

Oh that's thought provoking! I wonder: what it would cost to ship one or two to Australia?

not entirely sure, tough.
but if you have a friend or relative here maybe you could ask them to get you one? Asia always gets the good stuff at a much cheaper price...

Indeed they do, even though Australia is gradually more considered a part of Asia nowadays. I had a good friend and a companion of his living in Japan several years ago, they got stuck up Mount Fuji during a typhoon once! Anyway they had to move on to Europe for work unfortuately, and this was before I even started adding to my collections wth online purchases.

hmm, since Australia is considered part of Hasbro Asia's marketing radar, maybe you might expect these to show up locally soon?
Smasher
Great pictures.
They really did a good job engineering this figure.

Easily my favorite Micron of this line and it totally fits in with the way Breakdown wields his hammer in the show.

I assume that the Silas version for the TakTomy is AM24 Breakdown (Cyrus)
