Awesome clip. Man do I really like Smokescreen.

Smokescreen is really becoming one of the reasons I watch the new episodes. And to have them speak of all the different relics of the original 13, that's icing on the cake.

Though from commercial teasers, I think we all know where the Star Saber will be going.

Epic fail in the end for Smokescreen. Anyone wanna guess that the sword will only budge if Optimus pulls it out? Because that's what I'm guessing.

Oh look, they name-dropped the Star Saber. Because any big sword is the Star Saber, right? And it was forged by Solus Prime. Why do I have a feeling a lot of future relics and weapons will be forged by Solus Prime? And it channels the Matrix which makes no sense because the Matrix's power is knowledge and wisdom and, well, already exists and Optimus has it. Seems like that should be something else instead of a macguffin we already know about. I'm really, really tired of every ep focusing on a macguffin of some kind, be it a relic or a new character.

The dialogue is just as clunky and unnatural as ever and Smokescreen is pretty stupid. His just rushing in like a moron here kinda contradicts his thought-out attack on Starscream in his debut ep. I'm tired of these idiotic, impulsive characters that cartoon makers assume anybody is not going to just roll their eyes at them. Also does the animation seem really bouncy and weird to anyone else?

Because she was the forger/blacksmith Prime of the original thirteen...?

WHO IN THE PITS OF KAON IS THAT?

Animation looks topnotch again and Smokescreen is just as awesome, and getting his screentime in nicely. Though I can't help looking at the parallels between him and a certain human character a lot of people hate. Despite jack's warning, he runs out into battle while the big bad is there and hopes to jsut snatch the sword? Guess if it's in robot form, more people won't mind reckless behavior

1. I kinda like how, when he's not forcing it, Welker tends to "slip" back to a more G1-like rendition for Megatron's voice.

2. I REALLY like how Smokescreen's "hot-shot" attitude is tempered (or driven?) by a desire to be admired by Prime. Most other such characters just come off as assholes.

3. No Smokescreen, you are not the King of the Autobots. Sorry.

This show just is SO awesome! (it rocks my body ) Smokescreen obviously does still have alot to learn. I absolutely adore another Solus reference, maybe if we get enough we can get a figure of her

Smokescreen proves to be an interesting and fun character once again. He actually has a legitimate reason to run off into danger (unlike Miko) and it is obvious that he will soon learn the consequences.

I think you were meant to finish Jack - 'and I am in deep shit.' I am so looking forward to the episode once again - and good that the Star Saber makes it's return in a new form!

I think Smokescreen is just what I needed to get my ass back into Prime lol...he definitely gave me a laugh in that clip! Plus Megatron's reaction to him...ha!
