Secretley they regret losing Hasbro's business but don't tell mama Bandai that.
UltraAlanMagnus

Why put them on the Hub? They already have several hours of Transformers toy commercials on there daily (also known as the TF: Prime, TFA, and G1).

Hasbro's not stupid, they know that not everyone has or watches the Hub. They're spreading out their advertising to get the most boys possible.

I'm disappointed, I thought this was the UK Cartoon network.
TFW10
^^ Does that mean you cannot try your luck?^^

Put it in you have nothing to loose unless the rules state that only US citizens can apply for the sweepstakes.

Thanks for the information.

I'll enter a sweepstakes whenever I see an actual winner put on television. I don't recall ever having seen that.

The last time I ever heard of anybody winning any kind of sweepstakes was the Pepsi Points scandal of the 90's where that kid actually collected enough Pepsi points to win a Harrier jet. (that they illegally claimed to offer)
Omega Charge
Only open to those ages 6-17 as per the rules link.

Good for the younger ones; they'll (hopefully) appreciate the free toys if they win.

Poor winner is gonna be disappointed. Shockwave and Smokescreen are cool though.

1. ELIGIBILITY. The TRANSFORMERS BEAST HUNTERS Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of (and who are physically present in) the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least six (6) years of age and no older than seventeen (17) years of age...

Well that doesn't seem fair, if they aren't going to include you then they should have limited it to the continental US. Especially since it is much more difficult to send something to Hawaii or Alaska than Puerto Rico.
Bnz Toy
ah boo, only for the 50 States.

Pretty sure it wasn't a kid, but rather some adult millionaire or billionaire who determined the pepsi would cost less than the jet (in other words he saw a deal).

I could be wrong though.
Dinodigger97
This is the vaguest contest I've ever seen.
RDprime
Didn't notice the age restrictions...wonder if my dog would count as a child...other than sending it to school its the same thing really.

Depends how old is it? I think they count that in dog years.

Same here, I'd have my niece be the winner if chosen, but what are the chances of winning any of these type of contests anyways? No chance.

Oops... I didn't even read the rules and just entered.

With a few that entered by mistake like Optimist_Prime. I find it sad that a few of you that are not qualified will try to enter and pad your entries.

I agree. Let the kids win. It's a dick move to enter your nephews for toys for yourself. Let the kiddies have the fun. Not to mention, half of the BH toys suck anyways. Disappointing.
Kylehudson14
Entered finally.
bookwormdalek
So, when are we gonna know the winners?
TFW10
Does anyone know who won?
Rotoraptor
I totally won 2nd place.
Anyone know who got 1st?

Got 2nd too. SO HAPPIEZZZ!
Rotoraptor
Thinking I might do a give-away or something, it's doubtful the prize is going to be the new wave with Dreadwing, Ratchet and SkyStalker, so unless it's got a Shockwave, I'm going to already have them.

I realized last night that winning kinda means I stole free toys from a kid somewhere...
Now I feel guilty.
TFW10
Congrats to all who won.

Let's see how you displayed them.

They also require your DOB....
People can try to "pad" as much as they want, it's not going to help them.
6-17 is pretty clear.

I didn't see the age requirement when I applied, hopefully I'll still be able to claim the rewards for my little cousin, if not, more power to some little kid out there who'll get some free swag.

No reason to get all up in arms about it, Wave.

How can a lot of people get second place?

How were the winner contacted?

Were you contacted by phone or email?

Being nosy, because I wish I won, that's all.

Has anyone else got the confirmation e-mail after faxing yet? My fax machine is a little wonky and I'm worried that it didn't go through.
Rotoraptor
No, the help lady told me I could fill it out for someone else, but I got nervous about BSing them and told them to give it to someone else
Good luck, though!

I received the Grand Prize email and I have faxed them the paperwork twice and emailed them twice but all I have got back from them is they have a lot of inquiries and they will get back to me in 2 days. That was 6 days ago. So as far as I know, I won (my daughter won) the grand prize - tentatively.
tjgorilla
Finally got the Congratulations email and they are sending the Grand Prize to me this week.
