Face looks more "Prime" than Ironhide.

I was expecting him to be a Ironhide repaint, but a extensive remold is a nice surprise.

Not sure how I feel about the weird filns, but a plow kinda makes sense for a guy named Trailcutter/breaker.

Wow that headsculpt is really channeling some major vintage robot vibes. XD

The robot mode also kinda reminds me of Cybertron Crosswise.

I worry slightly that this may mean they're not planning a Generations Deluxe this year if they're refreshing the trademark with a Cyberverse toy.

Ok guys were right. He is what they thought he would be - Ironhide repaint. Doesn't do much for the probability of him appearing the show.

Love the yellow black paintjob. He's on the list but not very high up.

This please. I don't like it when they make Cyberverse exclusive characters... They end up becoming Micromasters on my display shelves. (Currently Tailgate, Fallback, and Flamewar).

Right now, Beast Hunters will have Twinstrike and Trailcutter.

And Hardshell.... Hopefully he'll get a Voyager though.

I like Cyberverse commanders but I am not a fan of the Ironhide mould. Small torso compared to the long arms and legs.
The retool is pretty extensive though, looks better than the orginal (though I am not a fan of the spiky bits) and a new character + I have always had a soft spot for Trailbreaker so I'll bite.

In this day and age, we have to accept that some character names have changed with the times.

Trailbreaker - Trailcutter
Slag - Slug
Shrapnel - Sharpshot
Bombshell - Hardshell
Outback - Fallback

Until Hasbro can use those names again, expect the new names to continue being used... We did get Shockwave and Bluestreak back, after all...

Having said all that, this is Prime Trailcutter, with no connection to G1, so I see no reason to refer to this toy by any other name, much like Prime Hardshell.

Pickup truck with a plow that ends up on the robots shoulders... It's totally the wrong color and needs an enormous chin... but Sentinel Prime from animated! lol

Its a Cyberverse Commander, i.e. a Scout not a Legends.

And Prime Commander molds are getting remolded for Beast Hunters. Better a new character than Ironhide in black.

Maybe Prime Deluxe Ironhide will get a Trailcutter remold too.

Never picked up Ironhide because I didn't like the colors, but this guy looks too good to pass up. I might as well resign myself to buying the vast majority of the Cyberverse line once again.
