lol, this looks like it has better scenes and battles then the movies! There was almost more fighting in that clip with prime and megs than the 3rd movie.

The more I see of this ride the more I wish I could go. The host seemed to really enjoy himself, and I know I would too!

this is cool in all but i'm confused. Evac is a car in the ride, but they made a toy back for the first movie, and he was a helicopter. an orange blackout...weird. o_O

It's coming to Universal Studios Hollywood early Spring 2012, but no exact date has been released yet.

The ride is promising, but why was SIdeswipe confused for Sideways?

Yes, an orange helicopter to reference the character of the same name in Transformers: Cybertron. But this is obviously a different character. Happens quite a bit in the franchise. Several different Jolts, different Bulkheads, different Blackouts, etc..

An unfortunate mistake, I'm guessing. To a casual audience member, it'd be easy to get them confused. Sleek silver alt mode, names both start with "Side". I'm sure that if the right person was informed, if they really deemed necessary, they could (relatively) easily swap out those images.

When in 2012 is Hasbro releasing Evac? Heck, if they ever made a 4th TF movie, Evac's gotta be a confirmed character! ("If")

I've already taken the ride (twice - as part of a staff preview) and he doesn't so much as throw cars at you, more that you kind of crash into him XD. And yes, Sideswipe is in that scene trying to keep you from getting totalled.

It will probably be released in conjunction with TF: The Ride in Hollywood. Since that ride will have a much larger Media Event as well as more Hasbro Cooperation than the Singapore version.

Heck, I'd be happy just to see all the merchandise, which I would buy like crazy.. AND it would be a bonus to take the ride!!

Oh, I'm sure some crazy-@$$ fan is going to be writing death threats to Bay and/or Hasbro, so they'll hear about it one way or the other.

Plus, I was just disappointed to not see a CG model of Sideways.

This. I'd get me some t-shirts and figures, and then crap my pants from the awesomeness of that ride.
