A new Revenge Of The Fallen EZ Collection DX Devastator set has been revealed on Toywizard.net. Mixmaster, Scrapper, Hightower, Long Haul, Rampage and Scavenger are all included, as well as a seventh Constructicon: Overload! These Legends scale toys feature both robot and vehicle modes, and the ability to combine into Devastator! The set is being released by TakaraTomy, but a Hasbro Legends version has not yet been announced.

Neat!

Is that sum Overload?

EDIT: Oh, and Hightower! He looks a little monstrous, a non-humanoid Constructicon like Demolishor/Scavenger.
Lumpy
cool...but not for me...
megatronski
Omfgomfgomfg im so hoping for us released
blue death

According to toywizard.net, TakaraTomy is going to be releasing an "EZ Collection" (Legends) set of the ROTF Constructicons that have both robot modes, vehicle modes, and combine to make Devastator. This also seems to suggest that there really is a seventh Constructicon.

Hopefully they'll be released outside of Japan, because this is FREAKIN' AWESOME
While I do plan on getting Mr.Devastator and the main line Constructicons, This Mini-Devastator looks pretty cool and I have to say, I probably get him too since he looks nice and call him, "Mini-Deva".

Toxicon
I just shit brix. That is so awesome! Also, Hightower looks like a giant scorpion and Overload looks to be a paved or something. Either way, it looks like we got our combining Devastator with individual robot modes.
Robogeek28
I was wondering if Legends Constructicons would be made.

And look, they combine...gonna be a lot of pissed off folks over that one!
guard convoy
OH.....MY....F'IN....GAWD!!!!!!!!!!!

why can't the big one be like this ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and does this make the 7th construction official? i MUST have this
The_Black_Sheep
Why can TakaraTomy release this in Legends size but the combined know-how of HasTak can't do the same thing in a decent size?!

*gnashes teeth together*
Ravenxl7
That's actually really cool, though they look like they could use some more paint apps. I have a feeling I'll be getting these guys, either instead of, or in addition to the RH version of Devs. This does show us that there really is a seventh Constructicon. Looks like he turns into some kind of semi, or something similar. Actually makes sense if he is Overload. Can't wait to see how big the combined mode is compared to a Deluxe. Even for Legends class figures, this guy shouldn't be too small.

Me too. The wait has paid off. Now to see his voyager class toy...

Also, they switched Scrapper and Rampage's robot modes.
Optimus Prime
I'm still in awe of how incredible this thing is.
Seven individual Legends-size Constructicons that are good representations of their larger toys/character models, they have robot and alt. modes, and they combine into an excellent-looking Devastator.
This is going to be perfect for displaying on my desk where Supreme Devastator won't be able to fit! I might actually be looking forward to buying this more than I am for getting Supreme Devastator (though both are awesome in my opinion).
Cory Bauer
It's sad how much better that Devastator looks than Hasbro's $100 version with no robot modes.
ActionMasterZod
Talk about out of left field. Can't wait to get my hands on these!
Empir3
looks awesome but WTF if they can do it as a legend why not proper deluxe or voyagers? Either way ill be picking this up
Cyber-Kun
bought!
General Tekno
Very cool.

The head looks like a separate piece though.

QFT

whatkind of a world do we live in
ORIO
So, there IS a 7th constructicon but he's not gonna be in the big combining set? I don't get that... what the farfignoogan?
grimlock1972
well this pretty much comfirms the 7 parts for devastator theory and even if it isn't released inthe US its gonna be all over ebay and id hate to see how high the bidding could go
NGW
That's..interesting.

Really like the way Hightower's bot mode is designed, can't wait to see that in a larger scale.
megatronski
lets ask in our next q and a about this in usa
Wheeljack_Prime
Guess this confirms Overload.

Hightower has my attention.

I think I will get this set. And I thought that the only legend I was going to buy was Wheelie...
flamingunicron
Damn this is a must have
Toxicon
Im having a fangasm over Hightower right now. I've been waiting forever to see his bot mode, and it is unbelievably awesome. He's like a giant roller skating scorpion. This of course is awesome.
Master Fwiffo
This will definitely get a stateside release. Don't you think for a moment that this was made without Hasbro's ok.

Yeah, there's that... It's an obvious thing to say, but one of these sets has to be non-movie accurate. Is Hasbro trying to ignore the fact they left one out, or did Takara create a toy based on a non-final design that included an extra member?

Oh, and this pretty much confirms Overload is the red articulated dumptruck that S250 and the TFW TF2 Insider both made references to.
firehawc_69
Can't wait to go home and see this. The link is blocked here at work. Sounds exciting!
Crumplezone
That red guy looks alot like bonecrusher. This is BOUGHT, even if I have to get it from Japan.
Powersa
For Legends size I love it even if there's scarifices

You know to expect e-Hobby repaint in obvious color choice
Peaugh
Totally nabbing that one.
Acid Wing
Brilliant. Instant-buy upon sight. Will have lots of fun transforming between the different modes.
PB379
Win!

Looks awesome. Probably a better buy than the Voyager and Deluxe Combining ones as they do all three Modes.
Eric
And THAT'S how it should be done for a Devastator toy.
The Primes
This better be released outside of Japan, or I'm gonna be pretty pissed...
supervir2
I approve of this toy. I might not get it, but it has officially been planted on the maybe list.
realCliffjumper
Guess I won't have to settle for the Robot Heroes Devs. This is awesome! I hope the price is reasonable...
GenZhao
thats awesome

Oversize KO where are you??

Maximus_Prime
I hope these are released over here for sure
DilaZirK
That is vury VURY awesome!

Here's hoping for a "scaled up" version some time in the future.
Dirge121
Sold. I'll be buying without a shadow of a doubt

EDIT: Why do I get the feeling this is some horrible tease that wont come out. It seems too good to be true
Feralstorm
There's a few issues with the design, but considering it's a group of legends-class toys that do what a hundred bucks worth of larger toys won't, I'm willing to overlook a lot of nitpick.

I think I've found my Movie Devastator.
Mechafire
Why the fuck could they do this wit tiny figures, but claim it is too hard with the larger ones?
Mach
Overload looks like Bonecrusher in robot mode....
At least we have a devastator can have robot/vehicle mode and combine to devastator.... Cool
Malikon
that kicks so much ass!
