Jeez what is it with Hasbro and unpainted wheel rims. I feel lucky they painted TFPrimes wheel jack wheels. Gen Kup and RTS Jazz are SOL as well as TFP FE Voyager Prime. :\

This thing is the only packaged Movie Trilogy toy I've seen so far (Unless you count new Year Prime).... Make you wonder if the line is kaput or not.

So long as the missing toys show up in the 4th Movie line I'm not that bothered if the do cancel it... It is probably not worth making them if they can't get retailers to order enough...

Prime might be seen as the first and last of the line. I still have to chase after the last few DOTM Deluxes that didn't make it to Europe but it's hard to raise the enthusiasm enough to do so so far...I probably should but.. I just keep finding more interesting things to buy.

6 Months ago I might have cared... but not so much now the Movie Universe is very much a hiatus item now - the only Movie line I can see that has more legs in it is the Human Alliance Basics line.

This thing looks awesome. I can see taking the dull grey plastic and chroming it all on the trailer to look like the movie.

They'll find something else to whine about.

I have been wondering if they might make it really small like say Soundwave repaint/Ratchet Repaint/Que/ Prime Plus trailer. and not much beside that. No new Voyagers for example. Maybe a couple of boxed sets. and come the end of the year that will be it it will be over.

If it lasts more than 6 months/ 2 waves i'd be frankly shocked. There's things they could do that could ignite a spark of interest but I do not expect that to happen - I expect filler product releasing the moulds Takara have already and not much else - maybe Evac.

I certainly do not expect a load of new mould for things like Jazz, 1970's Bumblebee, Scavenger, Dino and various DOTM background characters.

I just think the Movie Universe's trend has passed now and beyond releasing the moulds they have already done I do not expect much... What's the point after all. They missed the boat by at least 6 months.

well, i could bitch about this pic, since the majority of the pictures they have been revealing over the past few days has mostly been stuff we either already knew about, but had not gotten a decent look at, or had already gotten the pic from somewhere else, like a catalog or a cardback.

but with this picture brings a ray of hope that the "trilogy" line is not in fact dead, as i was beginning to suspect due mostly to the lack of any news or leaks on it.

But we saw already the primes toys from the past reveals!, so whats the problem

Hmm this looks promising although I do have the Takara voyager one with the trailer. Here's hoping we get some news on the trilogy figures mostly deluxe Que, Soundwave, and Leafoot as well as Human Alliance Soundwave because I really want them.

need Hasbro release of Que/Soundwave/HA Soundwave/Leadfoot Deluxe from Movie line, the rest is negotiable

Yeah! The Movie Trilogy line is still going to happen! As for the figure meh.

I keep seesawing between this and the Takara 2-pack with G1 Optimus. Love how the alt mode looks (it's not nearly as gappy in the nose of the cab as the Voyager mold), complete with trailer, and he seems to scale beautifully with Voyager Megatron (in alt mode)!

I'm crossing my fingers for more New Movie Trilogy figures on the 11th.

I'll take this over the Prime toys. I've been waiting for this.

I do think it is going to be a smaller line but I think Hasbro will release a couple new molds. They might be characters who didn't appear on screen but maybe we will get a deluxe Mirage or a new Voyager Ratchet.

The impossible dream is that we will get any new movie Leaders but I'm not too hopeful.

Well, I'm not jumping on the: THE LINE'S REVIVED!!! train yet, I want to be absolutely sure we're getting the 8th DOTM wave (Toy Fair should confirm this)...

Well, the vehicle mode looks nice enough. The cab is a new mold, right, not the same thing as the Wal-Mart exclusive? If it looks good, I'll be buying it.

Not that it's a GOOD price, but they're going on ebay these days for around $75 shipped. (which is a lot better than $120)

I'll be ordering a second one shortly unless Hasbro steps up with clear and immediate plans for how and where he'll be coming (I want to customize a second one). I've been waiting to see if they have anything intelligent to say at toyfair.
