Hunt for the Decepticons Scout and Legends Wave 2 Released in Philippines

TFW member yuujin-mikeru dropped by our 2005 Boards to let us know that the next assortments of Movie series Scouts and Legends - the second waves of "Hunt for the Decepticons" for each size class - along with the basic sized Speed Stars Stealth Force; have been spotted at multiple stores throughout Metro Manila, Philippines. Scout Wave 2 features Breacher, Insecticon and Oil Pan, while Legends Wave 2 features Long Haul, Override, Sandstorm and Tracker Hound. With these now seeing widespread retail release in the Philippines, can a US sighting be far behind?

Sounds like kohls or kmart prices as those are only stores in my area that charge as much as 10$ for scouts...or forgot walgreens too....

^Our prices in the Philippines aren't that bad from a local market perspective and definitely better than the Asian market prices for Transformers. From what I've been told in the past, Playkit, the local distrubutor of Transformers in the Philippines, mostly follow the Asian price points except for deluxe class and leader class figures which we get approximately $3 and $16 USD less respectively, compared to other Asian countries. That doesn't help me with my scout class collection though.

Can we be honest and admit that "Oil Pan" is just about the laziest name ever for a TF? If we accept this, we can expect to be picking up his teammates "Child Safety Lock", "Garment Bag Hook", "Cup Holder", and "Spare Tire Retention Nut".

Also, there are WAAAAY too many Transformers toys that do not transform into anything, and they all suck.

We did when the movies came out and we likely will again next summer.

The stealth force dudes vary greatly in size considering all those ones are the same size class.

I still wish they had called him Skystalker... Alas, until we get an "official" CHUG Skystalker, he'll be a great substitute.

At least someone bothered to put 2 words together for those. 'Oil Pan' was pulled out of a NAPA catalog.

"Wheeljack" and "Ratchet" at least vaguely indicate their role. A name like "Oil Pan" indicates nothing whatsoever.

I did realize that there are worse names. Indecipherable foreign crap like "Salt-Man-Z" and typos that someone ran with like "Omega Spreem".

I Got the Wave 1 Legends from Argos in Stockport When will the UK get more HFTD stuff Like Seaspray and Hubcap.

The only ones I want are Long Haul Breacher and Insecticon
