Universe Superion in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen Packaging TSF-Universe-Superion-01
We have received official images of the upcoming Transformers Superion giftset. However, these pictures contrary to previous images that showed Superion in a 25th Anniversary Universe box show Superion in Movie-themed Transformers Revenge of the Fallen packaging. Therefore this is also our very first look at the packaging for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen! Of particular interest, note the Egyptian theme to the packaging insert card, which fits together with previous reports of an Egyptian tie in the sequel (as well as the "Cyberglyphics" trademark application) and the mysterious set of four eyes in the middle of the top of the packaging.

Update - the official images have now been added to our resources section!

That box is awesome. It's just too bad the toys aren't gonna be in TF2 yet. I highly doubt Superion will be in this movie. Still, that box is awesome. I'm still gonna rip it apart though once i want to open the toy.

Interesting package! Though I think it would have been better to have the usual package than the movie unless they're thinking of adding them into the Movie saga.

As I recall, the Decepticon faction sigils on the actual toys were silver, grey or purple, and were only red on the card art. As we can see here, it looks like the faction sigils on the Revenge toy packaging next to the name will be white, and (assuming the change the logo for Autobots and Decepticons) the big logo symbol will be silver for both factions.

So what's the big deal? It's unlikely for any of the actual toys to have red sigils.
