The Toys 'R Us Spring 2008 exclusive Movie Voyager-class figures have been sighted at a Toys 'R Us store in North Riverside, Illinois by yours truly. This exclusive wave consists of Inferno (Armada Red Alert repaint) and Mudflap (Cybertron Mudflap repaint). A picture of the shelves from the Toys 'R Us as well as a scan of the receipt can be seen by clicking on the image to the left.
The updated Resource Database entries for these two figures can be seen by clicking on the links below

WhiteMocha:
I have nothing against these (and the other recycled AEC figures) being ostensibly in the movie line.... it's not like we're required to display them alongside the movie figs. And I won't.

However, given the seeming hunger for more Movie line on the part of stores, I AM a little sad/puzzled that there haven't been a few obvious repaints of ACTUAL Movie figs.... like, say, Longarm repainted green into Hoist (to whom he was clearly intended to be an homage). Or a Stockade repaint, since he's a nice mold. Or a red deluxe Brawl as Warpath (since they have access to the name). Or a red Ironhide. Or Incinerator as Highbrow. Or Jazz as Ricochet. Or for that matter, another few Seekers out of the Starscream mold. That would pad out the line AND remain aesthetically compatible.

Ah well.

If these ever show up in the UK.
I posted this in other thread, but as you asked. They ARE in TRU UK now.
Optimus Sledge:
That's just not fair. My nearest TRU is a £10 train journey away. Unless I get my sister to buy them. She DOES owe me for guilting me into going to a wedding...

Picked Mudflap up today...He will be my classics Grapple...does anyone else have the problem that his legs are really loose at the hip joints...like he has excess slack between each click...and the clicks arn't very strong either...

Is anyone elses like this...?

(I posted this under the Mudflap review thread as well...I really need you guys input by the end of the day so I can plan to get another if need be)...
