Shin Densetsu:
megacyber:
Looks pretty cool.
taterx:
This is a must get even if I pick up the leader class.
Anti Spark:
Thanks for Pics.

Got Bigger size pics available?
NIDARAM12:
WOW. Better stance, better proportions, arguably better articulation...nicer head, in my opinion.

A must get I just wish it wasn't GREEN. If it was silver and black no question this would be the one to get.
Optimus747:
Wow...that's actually a pretty awesome toy.
I'm a bit jealous that my brother is the "Megatron collector."
Tekkaman Blade:
I'll wait for the repaint.
Mini-Bot:
This is a definite purchase for me.
rikkuluverx2:
i thought this figure looked bad at first. but with the backpack transformed like that. WOW. i might pick this guy up.

harrismonkey:
Why isn't this the leader version?!?!

This with just slightly more detail (like we should expect from a $40 leader class toy) would be damn near perfect. That I would buy.

I already have premium midgetron from last time. It's in my closet, it looks ridiculous next to full size Prime. Given that I'll have the same issue again, I don't know that I'll get this (but I might- it is nice).
Powersa:
I prefer the Voyager, looks much better.
Deceptigtar:
i was on the fence with this one but those poses sold me. the leader class sucks.
Ktulu:
Shiiiit, a movie toy I'm genuinely into
mordecai6:
Wow how does 20 bucks look so good?
Shin Densetsu:

Arguably? This guy's got functional elbows on both arms!
supervir2:
i won't cave, but those are the first pics that make me even remotely want a movie megs of any kind.
Solrac333:
This is growing on me. Still don't like the gimpy left arm but better than the leader gimpy arm.
Malunis_T:
This toy is winning me over very quickly.

*baws as he adds another movie toy to his list. ;_;*
tominatrix:
that murder arm is pure win
Gigatron_2005:
Damn. I hate the movie(s), hate the designs, but that toy actually looks pretty awesome. I might actually buy this.
The_Black_Sheep:
Hmmmm, I wonder if Megs will have both this & the Leader class Altmode in the movie? How would they incorporate those 2 Alt-Botmodes into the plot?
Brave Magnus:
See? This is why i like the Voyager version more than the Leader one. Its just amazing.
shumworld:
dam he looks hawt.
DilaZirK:
Why couldn't this be the Leader version... So much moar awesome it is.
col:
OH MAN, and I thought I was fine with the Best Buy version of Megatron from the first movie. That thing looks sick! Probably going to hold off to see if we get something shinier like the Best Buy exclusive.
dorfsquest:
Love love LOVE this figure. Every picture I see of it, I like it more. This is the way you make a toy of movie Megatron. Hasbro definately learned from the last go-around.
[Wing_Saber-X]:
MUST GET!!!!!! > Leader Class Megs.
DeceptiKreep:
Wicked!
Matterzero:
Man, Voyager Megatron just got added to my to get list
alien:
wow, i like it!
Angelwave:
Really makes you wonder why the Leader class can't pull this off.
Grimwing:
That is a beast for playability in robot mode.

I think the leader has a better tank mode however.

True, a better alt mode, but since my toys stay in bot mode most of the time, this one is far superior to the ldr class, and at half the price I couldn't care less about scale issues of him next to ldr Prime.

I agree.
It is rather baffling, because leader Meg can't hold a candle to this thing....Gawd this thing looks sweet...It makes no sense.
GAUGE0001:
HOLY S*** the Voyager far surpases the Leader Version, at first I was meh because previous photos looked horrible. but thanks to the much better quality, posing, and lighting this toy looks great.

each time i see this i'm more convinced that his backpack is soundwave
Razorclaw:
I have to admit that this version is much, much better than the leader version.
SentinelPrime:
This gallery shows just how much difference posing and lighting can make.

Kudos. Will you please make a gallery for...every transformer?
Matterzero:
Just an observation but I like how the photogapher used Universe Inferno's water missile to make it look like Meg's gun in his left hand is firing.
skidz180:
Wow! I'm actually impressed by a movie megs figure....who would have thought?
thygriever:
wow those are some really nice poses. Great proportion too. Man i might consider getting this.

Leader? Better alt mode? You must be kidding. That's its biggest flaw.
pcsguy88:
This guy looks amazing, even in green. I guess I will be buying 2 movie voyagers, Megs and Fallen. They even match.
Stormcrow:
Great photos!

I loooove this figure.
Man, if only it were silver. But, oh well.
shroobmaster:
Wow he looks REALLY good, the green-ish plastic gives him that metallic feel that would look bland with true grey plastic.
Autobotic9:
Wow. The poses this guy can do are amazing and very movie-accurate. This has just moved to must buy to buy on first sighting.
Anodythe:
...and of course, he just HAS to be skewering Landmine. Ah well Figure looks good though.
Fort Max:
Finally, a movie Megatron worth buying. Some impressive bendyness on this guy too.
webz:
C'mon Hasbro, what is with the deal with not having movie-accurate paint jobs on toys? How hard is it? C'mon! Megatron is silver, black, and gold.... Not pink, blue, and gray. Not Green. SILVER, BLACK, AND GOLD.

It's crap like this that kept me from buying the movie figures from two years ago. The detail on these toys is horrid. Remember the Transformers and GI Joe toys of the 80's? They came with 20 pages of stickers improving the detail of the figure... What happen to those? Why must a third party do your job for you? Why does Megatron's face look like a pile of old mac n' cheese? Why not use the sculptors from the Starwars lines to make the Transformers toys? Somehow, they can capture Harrison Ford's look in a face smaller than a dime, something you seem to miss on a toy 10 times bigger! Seriously, epic "F" for Hasbro for quality.

Reading the other posts in this thread, tho, I understand how Hasbro gets away with it. No one cares about quality, just that it has elbows. As a microcosm of the bigger picture involving the evolution of humanity, I seriously fear for this species.
Devastattor:
The alt mode is still odd to me but these photos of the bot mode make him look like a winner-or close to it. At least one thing is for sure, we finally get a Megatron with a great head/face. That expression is perfect.

Maybe I'll hold off for this version on sale or see if a premium/limited edition version is released later that's actually silver.
