I have a very good feeling that it will be over $30 for sure. Kmart is crazy high for their toys no matter what it is or who makes it. They should go out of business, but let this mold come out first and then they can go bye - bye!

Ice Storm is the least known member of the G1 Rainmaker Trio who followed Shockwave's command on Cybertron: Acid Storm, Sunstorm and Ice Storm. His color scheme blue is very similar to Thundercracker, but a shade lighter.

Because there is some cyan blue on Nebular Starscream, I think that it would be closer to Ice Storm than Acid Storm. There has never been a toy of Ice Storm so it might be nice to associate an official toy with it. A few people made customs of Ice Storm so there are others who like him.

^ How is SUNstorm a Rainmaker. I thought the yellow Rainmaker was not Sunstorm the shade of yellow is different. Sunstorm is more of a orange-yellow and the Rainmaker is a bright yellow
