We’ve previously seen pictures of the upcoming Transformers movie-universe Leader Class Starscream (coming out later this year in the new yellow box “Hunt for the Decepticons” series), but we thought you could never get enough of Megatron’s treacherous second in command. So, with great thanks to 2005 Boards member Deceptigtar, we present to you the most comprehensive and high-resolution set of images so far of this cool upcoming addition to the movie series Decepticons. These new images show off all the fun little details on this toy, from the arm mounted chainguns, to the arm mounted missile launcher used to blow a chunk out of Hoover Dam in the first live action movie. Check them out along with Deceptigtar’s first impressions on the toy by clicking on the discuss link below this story.

Ahhh…Shining Stars…
I'm going to say it…but I have that toy(and the orange cat from the same brand)…..and I still sleep with both of them.(Yes…I'm a man that plays with both Transformers AND plushies….Somethin' wrong? )
But yeah….good review!
And to me….the names are Dino(Dragon) and Vincent van Cat(van Gogh homage…cat )
I love them more than my Animated Wreck-Gars…and my Breaks and stuff.

Except Sam Witwicky with Que's weapons

No one can defeat Starscream!

What? Can't stand Starscream's manly gyrations?

Two words that should never be in the same sentence.

I agree 100%. For what it is, a leader class jet, and F22 at that, that TFs into that magnificent Screamer'…its still on my top 5 list. I dont really have a problem with leaders under kibble. Quite tolerable for what it is…
mx-01 archon
Point being, it's not as much underbelly kibble as some people make it out to be.
knoted
That's putting it mildly…

Well, he's not talking about disconnecting the legs permanently. Just detaching them from the undercarriage, using the leg portion as a stand, with the stiff waist hinges propping the rest of the jet up in flight position.
But as I said, that just looks wrong, when viewed from any angle other than overhead.
F22's are very thick looking jets. Most of that underbelly mass is supposed to be there. The only real issue is that the thighs/pelvis area doesn't taper off properly towards the thrusters.
Snake_eyes1975
enh..I thought there was some feature or something I missed. I LOVE that figure way too much to even think about taking the legs off.
mx-01 archon
It looks more like a jet that got sliced in half, personally.
Bountyan
It'll look more like you're doing a gerwalk mode than a plane flying.
Snake_eyes1975
any pics of this? never heard of anyone doing that..
mx-01 archon
Also removes the entire underbelly of the jet…
UnicronFTW
Detach his legs from the undercarriage. They make for a perfect stand. And it gets rid of the underside kibble.
TrueNomadSkies
… well, this guy might be at XS Cargo for 30 bucks now, so hheeh
cliffjumperftw1
I got this guy off of ebay and I have no complaints about him (He's awsome!)
tfpro
I just got this guy from TJ maxx for 25+tax. If you are on the fence and see one, just buy him.
You really can't tell how epic a toy this is for play or for a collection till you have one in hand. Looking at pictures online or looking at the toy in it's box does not do this leader figure justice.
bobbyjack
Got this one for pretty cheap at TJ Maxx. Love this guy. My son calls it "Daddy's Starscream."
