Hey Guys.
I was at Wal-Mart tonight picking up a few TF's while they were restocking and saw a Deluxe case box marked wave 9. I, of course, want to pick up the figures but was denied when the stock guy showed me a sticker on the case marked Streetdate November 11th.
So start checking your local Wal-Marts a week from tomorrow.

I believe the first wave of NEST figures are in wave 9. If I remember correctly it's suppose to have Brawn, Ratchet, Lockdown and the new Sideswipe repaint.

The first wave of NEST figures is Dirge, Tuner Mudflap, Armorhide, and I think a BB repaint? Still, It's definitely not Ratchet/Lockdown/etc., as much as I want most of that wave.

You are correct, Peaugh. I checked over at TFArchive and they have the figures you mentioned as wave 8. The ones I mentioned are listed as wave 9 which was what the case box said on it's side. Hmmmm. I wonder if they mislabled the case assortment.

Excellent, glad to hear there's potentially more stuff coming out soon. I'm only planning to get Ratchet, Lockdown, Brawn and Dirge out of these two waves, but it'll still be nice to have some new Deluxes to hunt for.
As far as Wave 9 coming out before Wave 8, it wouldn't be unprecedented to have the release times for different waves mixed up. After all, Wave 5 (Scorponok, Arcee, Swerve) hit saturation before Wave 4 (Blazemaster, Twins, Jolt, Dead End).

I was wondering what these were. I saw a box at one of the wal-marts here in town a few weeks back. Been checking the stores a few times a week to see if they hit the shelves. Thanks for the streetdate!

Interesting. I was hoping this wave wouldn't hit till next year. I've got enough to worry about getting in the next two months as it is. Though this only adds two more to that list (Lockdown and Brawn), plus distribution has been quite slow around my area, so it's not all that bad in the end. It also helps that there aren't any figures in Wave 8 that I plan on getting.

Street date for em will be nice though. It'll make grabbing lockdown and ratchet that much easier.

Damn, I've seen TOO MANY Swerves, Arcees, and Thrusts for months now! And I live on one of those areas that seem to get this stuff LONG after everyone else. Where are you at? Saturn?
Anyway, I'm looking for Brawn as of next week because he looks great!

The preview wave is often called wave one by some places, so the rest of the waves are raised by one number.
Wave 1: Soundwave/BB
Wave 2: Sideswipe/Rampage/Sideways/Breakaway
Wave 3 Wheelie/Chromia/Brawl/Skids/Smokescreen
Wave 4: Ravage/Cannon BB/Mudflap/Barricade
Wave 5: Jolt/Dead End/Blazemaster/Ice Cream
Wave 6: Scorponok/Arcee/Swerve
Wave 7: Gears/Thrust

Ah, okay, I wasn;t aware of wave numbers, just thought it odd that the figures we've already seen in-hand pics of would come AFTER several that we haven't even seen any in-hand shots of. Even better news if that's the case.

I am a bit skeptical about this. Aside from the initial release of the 1st Two movie lines (and I guess preview waves too), has a random wave in a Transformers toy line ever had a street data? I don’t mean to call the original poster a liar, but I will wait until someone actually posts a picture of the case saying Wave 9 with a Do Not Sell until 11/11/2009 before I get excited.

At least Dirge, anyway. I don't really care for the others in this wave. But it's probably a safe bet that the BB/SW 2 pack and some voyagers will hit around the same time as these deluxes.
