Not a buy for me.
figsdad:
Same here dont like the design..
harrismonkey:
even at fantastic clearance savings, it would still just be a huge eyesore on my shelves and take up precious space.

What I'm saying is if I got one for free, it'd still end up in the closet.
Mechafire:
Awesome.
JAYSCREAM:
for those that dont check the exchange rate that would cost any body $160 aprox in the u.k............. W.T.F.!!!!!!! HE COULD DROP TO £75 AND WE WOULD STILL BE PAYING OVER $100! that ultimate bumblebee shelfwarmer didnt drop that much......... retailer wont buy that many because of the hefty price tag. the dvd will be out x-mass so there will be a push on toys again. put my name in the hat for £80
shame really id like to buy one for the hell of it. cant justify it tho.

Legends Devi >>> Supreme Devi. That is all.
Oafley Jones:
Price listed on Argos.ie (Ireland) is €144.99. That wouldn't sell at half the price.

Never heard of this Devastator though...

He looks like he's taking a casual stroll.

I can't wait for this to hit the US and get clearanced, I will be all over that. Right now they've already marked down the Prime/Bumblebee helmets
Mxprime:
Hey from the looks of things its gone down, on that argos link it says 54 euros O_O
Alooulla:
Sigh. Here i am to say its too expensive, and we should all wait for clearance, and yet as soon as i close this i know i'll end up buying it. : /
Mr knightmare:
I wouldn't pick that up even if they were giving them out for free so yeah...pass....
Razorwing:
"As Seen on TV"

That's the price of the megapower bots devastator.
Mxprime:
oh well, damn, oh well D: still thats dayum expensive
MnemonicSyntax:
Definately buying him, though maybe not at the 100 dollar US price point.

Nemesis Daibouken, gattai kandyou! First gear, in!
rodster6:
£100!!!!! I cant imagine it selling to well at that price?
Von Rojas:
I think this is truely disgusting on Hasbro's part. Not 6 months ago would they have been effectivly DOUBLING the price of this thing if it had have been on sale before the credit crunch. And even with said crunch, It is a hefty bloody tag.
There is no reason why this thing should be above 60GBP
Prescient:
Well, I was going to buy him but I have stopped collecting so won't be able to do the 1st photo shoot. Someone on here must be willing to take a punt to get the photos done and then re-seal and return under the 30day policy.
Acteon:
The usual UK price shafting. No thanks Hasbro.
Mortimore:
this would be super cool with legends figures though...
whitejazz:
That thing is an animated scrap pile.

I can't believe they will sell even one at £100, it's madness.

Retailers who stock up on these are going to feel the burn.
Sol Fury:
These things surprise you. I bet a few will sell to the better off families as birthday gifts. By Christmas they'll be moving, albeit slowly.
microclone:
100 UK pounds, thats insane. I was hard pressed to buy predaking reissue and he was 95 pounds as an import....glad i did get him, at least thats an awesome toy and still a favourite.

power ranger and brave combiners destroy that toy (movie devs) from a great height.

a shame, but there you go.
Alex5:
It's not the paying £100 for a figure that would bother me, it's the paying £100 for this figure.

Don't mind paying for something if I think it's worth the cash. I don't think this is
DieMaus:
Shall I tell you what's the most damning thing I can cite about the toy? The fact that we've not seen a review yet. No video review, no photo review, no-one rushing to get it to be the first, no nothing. In an era when people were going crazy and spending hundreds to be the first to get something as innocuous as RotF Soundwave, the fact that this toy - the new Devastator toy, for goodness sake! - is out on general release in a major territory and no-one's bought it yet is really unbelievable.

Will they sell a few? Sure. Will collectors buy in eventually? No doubt. But if Hasbro dudes like Aaron Archer are anywhere near as passionate about the brand as they seem, then the sheer apathy this toy is inspiring has surely gotta hurt...
ORIO:
Cool. I hope a review is up soon. I really need to see one before spending any money on it. and yes, I too will wait for clearance.
Sol Fury:
There's something in the video review forum that can be called a video review, although it does not cover all the bases. You do get to hear the SFX, though, and they sound cool.
baggzey23:
YAHOOOOOOOO

i live in the uk

but theres no way i'm gonna pay £100

That joke never get's old. [/sarcasm]
omegagoalie:
What if this has been Hasbro's plan all along...
Their actual price point is $60. SO, they put the $100 price which blows peoples minds, but THEN it is put on sale for $60 and people jump all over it...
Just cause a few members here don't like it doesn't mean it's not going to sell. However not with A $100 price tag. Whither you like it or not.
Toxicon:
Frenzy_Rumble has a review up in the Feedback section.
TYS:
Pile Of Rubbish!!!!
This could have been such an amazing figure/combiner,
Hasbro apparently stated issues with stability etc if the individual vehicles had transformed.........B@llocks!!!, put him on all fours like he was in the movie and there's your stability,
Disappointing

Tys
Goldstorm:
Congratulations to Mr. Bay on creating the most fugliest yet coolest robot ever?
MrSoundwaveGuy:
i might get this if it gets clearanced for $40 or less
I wonder how bad these things will shelf warm
