At least they're finally freakin' telling people about this now.
*Soundwave*:
They slap this on to the end of the NEST commercial with Bludgeon and Lockdown, in case anyone was wondering.

I sent my order form in last week. Hopefully it gets to me OK. I had a hard time filling out that form. Its WAY too small to fill all my info and my pen had difficulties writing on that glossy paper. They should be able to read my info off the check anyways...i hope.
Starscreamer95:
Sucks they dont do it in Aussie...
StayingInTheBox:
I sent my form out a few days ago too. Can't wait for the Ravage. There's something cool about a mail away figure.
Mr. Sparklebot:
I saw an ad for a similar Star Wars mail-away a few days ago, so I knew Hasbro would probably actually advertise the TF mail-away at some point.
NCStarscream:
For some reason this whole thing is epic win to me. I really hope it works out well enough for them to do more mail-aways in the future.
jon3pnt0:
i have to say i'm disappointed... not with the figure or that they have returned to mail-away figures, but that i didn't book the job. i got the chance to audition for the voiceover for it and the Star Wars give-away spots and didn't get either one. i was psyched too because it was my first transformers audition. they wanted, and i quote "a captian lennox soundalike" and gave us a reference file which was a clip from TF1 of Josh Duhmaal as Capt. Lennox giving orders while they are locked down in the dam with Frenzy on the rampage. the guy they hired didn't sound ANYTHING like capt. lennox but rather just a typical over-enthusiastic kids' commercial announcer. just disappointed. not so much as that i didn't get the job, but that they ended up using just a plain old stereotypical voiceover that didn't sound anything like the voiceover description they sent me. i could have done a regular toy commercial voice, but that's not what they said they wanted. oh, well. if it had been one of the bot's voices instead of human character, i probably would have had a chance. and unfortunately they are still using the same lame pitched prime voice for the toy commercials... even chaulk's prime sounds better than that guy. i bet he even works for the same studio as i do.
FMA1987:

Sorry that you didn't get the voiceover job for that commercial.

This is true. But, I chose not to record the whole thing since I've posted the NEST commercial already.

I had my order form and stickers all set to go since last week, but have been so broke I couldn't spare the $4.95 for shipping and handling. Finally got a money order today and will be mailing it all out tomorrow.

And I agree, the mail away thing is always fun. In my opinion the Ravage repaint is just okay, but that it's a mail away promo makes it special and something kinda fun to participate in.

Well, for every missed opportunity, there's a better one up ahead.

I really wish it was a different figure.
