Like some people are saying, it seems to be made of different Transformers movie toys (Megatron's chest, Prime's head, etc.) and Bionicle parts. I can't tell who/what it is. I'll just wait and see before I become judgmental of it.

Who said that concept we saw was the finalized design?

Too bad its too blurred to make anything of it, i would have liked to see a possible toy release, but at the moment its far too early for us to know anything and confirm opinions about Soundwave

This is obviously Megatron, as a homage to the r.i.d (non)character. With the alt mode being the figure standing on it's head pretending to be a dragon.

Whatever it is, it looks like Megatron part 2, just a big mess of nothing.

If that pic is Soundwave, only thing I will say is it could have been worse.

Well, it's interesting, but it looks too much like a Megatron kitbash for me to be calling it Soundwave yet.

...If this IS a real RotF toy, evidently the big-pointy-things aesthetic is in. First the swords on that car robot who may be Sideswipe, and now the big things on this guy.

Hmmm....dunno... after looking at this for around 20 minutes I feel kind of confused about what I see: (All toy references coming up go to the first movie line, except two)

- The feet look like Voyager Blackouts
- The rest of the legs remind me of Voyager Starscream
- Same goes for the torso (Starscream)
- The head seams to share a few design points with Voyager Thundercracker (OR Target Exklusive Movie Voyager Starscream) with a little TOUCH of Voyager Optimus Prime
(LOL..... touch.... ROFL)
- The "claws" at his forearms remind me of those from Cybertron Deluxe (Chibi) Unicron (but it seems on this toy, they are one piece of plastic, attached to the arm)
- The whole back structure appears tom me as the backpack from Deluxe Bonecrusher
- Except for the "blades" which remind me of Animated Leader Megatrons copter blades
- As for the shoulder kibble, first it thought I saw Deluxe Jazz' shield (or his spoiler in vehicle mode, if you look at it from the other mode), but then I put my glasses on ( ^^ )

Well, it looks STRANGE... like the first line did. And I liked that.
So they keep up with the style. That's a good sign, I guess. Although I have no idea why this should be Soundwave. But the toy itself looks kinda cool to me. Might be the Decepticon part for ROTF preview wave, meaning two deluxe toys that have cybertronian alt modes, like Starscream and Optimus Prime in the first line (although they were more referenced to as Protoform modes than their cybertronian bodies, which counts for Prime but not for Starscream)

Ok, I'll add my thoughts.

1. Yeah, his head looks Prime-ish, but if I'm not mistaken, Soundwave had a faceplate too. So, that could be making it look like Prime. (Which would make me happy as I'd rather not see a Soundwave with a mouth)

2. Given the size of the rubbermaid stool, I'd guess that the toy is voyager sized.

3. The satellite alt mode looks to be mis transformed. (duh) But the way it looks in the picture, it remindes me of a giant head. (like a headmaster)

4. The panels could be for a satellite and may fold out? Tho if it's a satellite, I don't imagine it would look quite like an Earth satellite as there would be no one in space to see it. So who knows.

I have some spare Bionical parts, a pizza cutter, and some peanut butter too.

That just gave me a Junior High flashback, lol. As far as that being Soundwave, I don't see it. To be honest I don't see anything but a blurry blotch. Someone wake me up when we can make something out.

I looked at the details as close as I could, nothing remotely man made. He's got what look like three positionable vibro-blades. His head I think is bigger than Optimus'. I'd say this is a leader fig. I bet the head will look nice...

The whole cybertron mode looks right, so far nothing terrestrial about it. Im still worried about this being fanmade.

I feel like I'm looking at a Rorschach test. I see bladey things reminding me of Animated Megatron's swords, but they could be parts of a satellite somehow - maybe the satellite in question isn't even an Earth type sattellite - maybe its his Cybertronian Protoform bit. But everything's so damn out of focus. I don't understand where the notion its Soundwave is even coming from to begin with. It could easily be a Bionicle with TF Movie figure pieces for all I know. Could be the new unpainted Scorponok for anyone's guess. Given its size comparison to the kid's stools he's sitting on, I'm at least somewhat certain its a Voyager sized TF. Waaaay too much kibble for a Voyager figure though, even a Bayformers one.

Again, total TF Rorschach test.

Like everyone else, my initial reaction is fan made.

If it's legit, I'd lean more towards the Jetfire/Optimus combo. The 2nd pic may be an approximation of a Macross GERWALK mode.

Anyways, I got tired of seeing the pixelation, so I shrunk the images down to what I'm guessing was the original size.

Actually, that looks cool, and if real, looks like a Cybertronian version. Though this is more than likely some fan-made thing out of bionicle parts.

Edit: Looking at the three new pictures, I'm not sure if it's real or not. It does sort of look like it has parts from Voyager Megs, though it's still too hard to tell wha it is yet.

Probably a Cybertronian mode.
