Same here. The dog tags can be found in the collectible card section at the front of the store for 2.99 apiece. They come with a collectible card that matches the dog tag and gives info on the character. I bought one for the heck of it and got The Fallen. They're not bad.
EDIT: Now that I'm home and can look at it, the dog tags at Target are actually put out by Topps and are different from the Popbox ones. While the pictures look similar, it's the design where they differ - the Topps ones don't have the personal info tag, only the character tag. And there are 24 different Topps tags instead of the 8 from Popbox.

I bought a bunch of the Tops ones for $10. So expensive. I really wanted Optimus Prime but now when i look at it, the odds are slim. There's 24 different kinds! Anyways, for those I got The Fallen, Sideswipe and Bumblebee. Not too bad i suppose..

Not sure if you mean other than ROTF bots?, but out of 4 that we opened we had 1 Megatron,1Bumblebee,1 Fallen, and 1 Ravage. Was looking for Prime so just our luck, but it looks like they are ROTF bots. Hope that helps.

Now that I look at all the items I want alot of them too. If they are only released in Asia an Europe why do they look like US pkgs, with english?
I know Target has the dog tags maybe more of the other items will show up soon.
A little off topic, I did find a reversible (Autobot/Decepticon) belt buckle at Hot Topic, works with belts that will allow you to change buckles. Don't have it with me, sorry no pics.

Not sure about your Gamestop, mine did not have the reversible, only Autobot
or Decepticon, plus they were red or purple not all metal like the reversible one I have.
