A set of new officially licensed Transformers products for the 2010-2011-2012 Camaro has hit the automotive stores just in time for Transformers 3 Dark of the Moon. This time it a set of aluminum billet locking gas doors featuring the Autobot Symbol or the Transformers Logo[/url].
While this is not super news on it’s own, they are the first officially licensed Transformers items for the Camaro since the 2009 Transformers Package offered by GM. So Transformers branding on the Camaro is not done quite yet.
Will GM and Hasbro release a Bumblebee package for the upcoming ZL1, which has similar body styling to Transformers 3 Bumblebee already? Only time will tell!

My 2LT eats a bit as well. I can't get better than 24 MPG when I baby her…20 MPG when I don't.
With my lead foot, it's probably a good thing that I didn't get an SS.

I never would have thought about that boy I'd be pissed to find that out when I would take delivery. I don't know what gas prices are in the UK but let me tell you the V8 is a gas eating machine. I guess it could be the way I drive it.

I worked out that if you ordered the car to be shipped to the UK, it would actually work out cheaper than getting it in England, though then you have the problem of the steering wheel being on the wrong side…
Trailbreaker77
Yea, $35,000 to $38,000 depending on what you get on your car. Don't most overseas cars get a markup? Whether it be because of shipping or some other factor I know that the foreign dealers around me have a mark up. At least they are more expense then the same car would be in the country it was made in.

I would think that Top Gear prefers the mustang over the Camaro. I've driven both and the Camaro's interior feels slightly cheaper than the Mustang and it's design is a bit more 'polarizing' as well.
Thenames9
Considering that in America you get a top of the range model for $35000, around £21,500 if I'm correct.
I've heard the Camaro is a fun car to drive, and Top Gear seemed to like it.
Fort Max
Yeah the Camaro is finally coming out here but for what they're charging I'd rather buy a BMW Z4.

It's happening next year for the UK. But, you get the goofy oversized mirrors, ugly LED taillights and holes in the front bumper for washers and towing. Plus, the cost is 40,000 pounds for the SS (…according to the very reliable source that is Top Gear. They didn't specify if that money gets you the 1SS vs 2SS or if it has the RS package).

I'd just like the camaro for it to go on, living in the UK thats not going to happen

Looks OK but I will not be getting that if I were to spend $200 on my car right now it would be on getting my engine cover painted.
Heat Guy
$200 for the Autobot gas door? And here I was thinking $100 for my Jeep one was excessive.
snkeyes069
I've got the Autobot wheel center caps on my 2011. I may do the fender emblems and the Armrest, but that would be the limit.
Don't think I could do the fuel filler door. It doesn't look as nice as the 2010 Transformers Edition Camaro parts IMHO.
sh002
wish they made one for my truck.
