the 3 "heads" are key covers. a folder (translucent plastic) and inserted into this folder is a sticker sheet (the pic w/the most characters on it).
most if not all theaters selling these were sold out in the 1st few days. no clue if they will get more.
I know this info because I have a supplier who has been trying to get these for me. I have been following the release since tf2005 posted this as news about a month ago.

I saw them when I went to the opening here in Japan. In Japan movie theaters have shops where they sell goods from the movies that are playing. These are stickers, key chains, back boards for writing, and the movie guide pamphlet. I bought just the movie guide pamphlet. When I go back next I think I'll puck up a sticker pack. They also gave us who came on the 19th a special card saying we were at the first world opening. Here is a link to it

In Japan, kids use these plastic/vinyl sheets that they put under the current page that they are writing on in their notebooks in order to "protect" the page directly underneath from getting indentations from their writing above.
I have never encountered them or indeed, why anyone would want to write on a "hard" surface as opposed to the softer page of a book outside Japan by pupils.
Must be a "Japanese" thing.
Perhaps that is what you mean by "pencil board"?
