The Arker has posted a pair of in package images of the upcoming Hasbro release of Revenge of the Fallen's Legends Class Devastator. Devastator was previously available in Japan only as seven individually available components - now US based fans without access to imports can also look forward to owning and enjoying this small on size, big on fun version of the Decepticon combiner super warrior. As the images show he comes in a box similar to his Supreme class brother that shows off the awesome combined form. Check out the images by clicking on the link above or by clicking on the title of this story to view our mirror of the images.

rizuan76:
Orait! great news indeed for those who missed out the Takaratomy version.
Bilbo Boxhead:
cool
Scourge_151:
Nice box.
Ratchet2007:
Soooooooo much want !
Sage o' G-fruit:

Bought on sight.
Autobot Burnout:
I want that. NOW.
and2ng:
I like how it comes in a giftset. Would surely be much more convenient buying them as a set than to scout them individually. Giftsets FTW!

I would very much have gone for this Hasbro version.... if I have not already had the TakaraTomy's one.
Opticron Primal:
I like that he comes combined like the Supreme. Shows him off more then if he was seperated.

Definate buy.
andrew8798:
Wonder how much he will cost?
Ceerad:
Mine!
Any info on cost or release date?
Will I be able to put this on my Christmas list?
Eric:
Yes! Can't wait to get it.
all are dead:
im glad it is the same then the takara version. that means i wont have to get both.
Thundershot:
Holy crap! What to do... what to do... I've got the Tomy one on preorder at BBTS... Do we have any clue what store this is going to be exclusive to? I might just get the Tomy one, and get one of these to keep in the package.
bariprime:
This is a mass release, right?

(AND YAAAY, 200th POST!!!)
TornadoQuakeX:
Love the packaging, but I already have the Takara version.

I'm pretty certain Hasbro said a few times that it was going to be exclusive somewhere... Wide release would be better, but... yeah...

Chris
megatronkicksas:
Nice
llamatron:
Hells yeah, I'll pick him up for sure.
SmokescreenGT:
Nice to see it will be released stateside. It looks the same as the Takara version, which I have, so I won't have to buy another one.

My best guess would be $30-35, closer to 35 though.
But yes, instant buy!
Optimus747:
That.
Is.
Awesome!

Glad I held off on the Takara/Tomy version. The display packaging is cool; I'll have to get one to keep MISB. I wonder if this will be an exclusive?
MrSoundwaveGuy:
Sweet

Yes, the packaging is incredible and really shows off how awesome the toy looks.

At Botcon, Hasbro confirmed he was going to be a store exclusive. 2010 release, were still working out the details.

We know KMart are getting Nebular Starscream and Target have the Legends VS packs, so I would imagine this will be a Wal-Mart exclusive.
Angelwave:
Well he is definitely worth it to me. It looks great. And the packaging is the best one I've seen during this whole line.
The_Black_Sheep:
I already own the TakaraTomy version but that packaging is ssssso beautiful... Man, it's gonna be tough to leave this on the shelf... heh
cbff:
EPIC BUY! I can't wait to get this.
ComicGuy89:
Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes!!!!
dahpadre:
That is super awesome. I was upset that I opened my Japanese version when it came in from Robot Kingdom a few months ago. I definitely will get the Hasbro version to keep MISB. It's just displayed tons better that the Takara joint.

That's for sure, when I was in Japan in September the set was selling for $80+.
Solrac333:
AWESOME! Probably the only legends I will actually buy. I will paint them up and them put them back in the box.
benzo:
just cancelled my Takara preorder and gonna wait for this!!
Spongezilla:
Woo!

Nothing appears to be different from the Japanese version, so I'll only have to buy one.

I hope it's a Walmat exclsuive.
Please don't let it be TRU.
Deceptigtar:
nice, cant wait for it. wish they released it with a red rampage, that would have sent ppl a-wall.
grimlock1972:
this shall be mine and i too wonder about the cost and if it will be low enough to make those who bought the import version feel ripped off for not waiting and I hope it isn't an exclusive at all but if it is a Wal-mart exclusive will fine
Dirge121:
Oh hell yes. Being broke when he came out prevails.
Dran0n:
ZOMYGAWD! Can't wait!
Robogeek28:
YES YES YES!!!

I've been waiting for this since EZ Devy was first announced, this set will be bought on sight!
ORIO:
Cool! I'll definitely pick him up!
MidnightBliss:
WANT!! He will stand right in front of my Supreme Devestator.
Rayzilla Prime:
About time Hasbro decided to do so. Bought on sight!
j.a.f.o.:
When when when? How much how much how much?

*BZZZT* TIME OUT TIME OUT TIME OUT!!!
iceburn9:
Oh dammit. If only I knew the Hasbro version would be packaged this way, I wouldn't have spent that chunk of $ on the Takara version earlier.

But its Devastator, so I dont mind splurging out again for this one. Love the packaging so much I'm actually considering getting a couple sets.
*Clears space in my display rack for 3rd and 4th ROTF Devastators*
SoundMaster:
Definitely going to get him. Hopefully the price won't be too high.
N3M3S1S PR1ME:
Dammit, now ill have to cancel my preorder of the Takara ones.
shibamura_prime:
Glad I held out. I'll pick up the Hasbro version and then get the Takara ones when they drop in price. :3
SPLIT LIP:
Bought on sight.
Matterzero:
YES, glad Hasbro decided to do a gift set. I like how the box has the same look as the supreme one.
