GogDog:
Wow. Certainly more dynamic than previous galleries had lead one to believe...
Takara_destron:
I like it.

I Love it !!

Though never expect a Movie Megatron to have head movement
all are dead:
awesome and HUGE!!!
Digital Jesus:
Wow, I retract my previous hate. I guess the "Will it blend" guy won't be getting a toy from me after all.
knook:
<3

That is all
Vladakris:
I love it, id like to see more pics of the claw, it looks the the sides can fold down over the cannon as well to look more acurate doesnt it? I dont worry about the paint, a little pit of gold and silver and he will loo perfect, and I really dont mind doing it. Tank mode looks great!
MetaRidleyX:
I am buying this toy just for the murder arm...plain and simple.
OMEGAPRIME1983:
Thanks for changing my mind on the GenZhao.... Now I gotta go spend more cash.... Damn it. No, I'm kidding, that thing dooooeeess looky awsome though. He shall be mine, oh yes, he shall be mine.
prime is a legend:
looks quite a bit larger and more chunky than the previous movies version. love the tank mode but am still not too keen on the tiny arm, I think it might be relevant to the transformation though.
Vladakris:
Any say of when the video review will be up?
JuicyNo:
These pics just sold me on this figure.
Optimus Prime:
Great pics. I like Movie 1 Megatron's head better, but this one looks better overall; more powerful and ultimate tyrant leader-like (minus the left arm). Tank mode also looks awesome. I imagine that Megatron will be much harder to defeat this time around.
How about a pic or two with the deathblade out, maybe dueling Premium Optimus (or the new one, if you have one handy)?
Omega Charge:
HUNCHBACK!

But he looks pretty good. Head is still not perfect IMO, but he's Megatron. Very good Leader size too.
Caine:
Glooooorious!
Valkysas:
wow. he's huge. really, really HUGE.

the head looks really good from these new angles too. looks much more alive. love how the new leader class figures are pulling off the "layered parts" look of the movie designs. beats the bored-but-detailed look of the original leader megatron. this new head sculpt actually has character.

a must-buy.
dorfsquest:
Leader Megs looks great. I personally don't mind the gimpy arm. It just means he'll have to put a heavier focus on the DeathArm.
Anti Spark:
I love it, but still mistransformed.
QuinJester:
Goodness, he's a big fella.

Quite.

Also, BIG FUCKING ROBOT TOY IS FUCKING BIG!!!

So, the murder arm has a cannon mode, claw-of-death mode AND a sword mode?
Paradigm-Shift Prime:
So the cannon arm has no articulation then? (as in elbow, a la ultimate BB?)

Man, the difference in the arms just looks so...weird. He is quite sizely.

And he's not that dynamic or posable, those pictures demonstrate bending knees and one arm. That's it. No other arm, no torso, and no head articulation is still pretty stiff.
Valkysas:

mistransformed? where. looks pretty solid to me.

also, don't they have his instructions?
Caine:
He makes TFA Megatron looks like a Voyager!
megatronkicksas:
Why should we pay attention to ~ ~ ~?
PrimeConvoy:
Looks awesome, but that tiny arm kills me... The tank looks wicked cool as hell can't wait till this guy hits shelves
General Tekno:
Awesome.

Love the figure.
Veloxiraptor:
Those may be the most flattering photos of the tank mode I've seen yet, but they're shot from a very high angle.
Spartan-117:
Looks nice but if I get him it'll need to be the inevitable premium version, he's really quite plain without the better paint apps.
shibamura_prime:
Hot Damn! That's looking sweet. Especially the colors in tank mode.
Malach Ra:
damn, ol boy has a gimp arm.
optimusdestruction:
I am totally going to own this as soon as it comes out. Fo-sho.
Digilaut:
Whoah...ok, I will admit..he looks alot better now. Except for the head. It's stilll horrible.
Toxicon:
Wow, Leader Megs is MASSIVE. I am pleasantly surprised
Draven:
MUCH better than the first one. However I really don't like the gimp arm; I wonder if one of the upgrade companies can make one that doesn't look silly...?
OMEGAPRIME1983:
I'm curious if one of the fablous fan made parts company would be interested in making a new set of arms and a better looking head for him, cuz overall, this is a great looking figure, but those aspects of him aren't that great, esspecially the arms.

Edit: beaten by draven!!

Solrac333:
They couldn't think of a way to give him TWO decent arms and put a canon on the right arm? That just kills the figure. I'll get it if I can figure out a way to give him TWO arms. Posability and size looks cool though.

His arm reminds me of Chris Elliot's gimpy hand in Scary Movie 2.
supervir2:
easy pass
Autobotic9:
I shall repaint him orange and he will be Nemotron!!!
GAUGE0001:
Although I really love the detailing on this toy, I'm not into that stick death.com twig arm. reminds me of Mr. Twig from Southpark.

What's up with the Crab arm motief (1 huge arm 1 purposeless tiny arm)

I'm also truthfully not liking his feet, his toes are supposed to be Treads not actual toes.

and the fact his Cannon Arm doesn't even bend nor does his head move for that matter, how can this toy be truly taken seriously?

not to mention that huge unpainted black shoulder pad.

I prefer Premium Megs to this scrap pile (pun intended)
Creaky:
urgh, Pass. I bought a lot of movie 1 toys. Regret most of them now. They'll have to be a lot more impressive than this to make me want to blow £40.
alien:
More Powerful!

His head does move, the only articulation that doesn't work is the elbow joint on the murderarm
shroobmaster:
Y'know, I really, REALLY, really want to buy that toy, I'll probably make him my first leader toy of the line.

But can we please see his sword fully deployed? :[
EvaUnit13:
Coooooooooool. I still kinda like the first Megatron b/c I actually like his jet. Fo rlz

His legs below the the knee are backwards.
EDIT: It seems that both could be right. His movie mode is displayed on the box but his instructions show opposite.

And yes he HAS the instructions. They are in the gallery.

Take some time to go threw all the pics.

I have already cleared a shelf for this Guy! I LOVE IT!
Paxtin:
Megatron is so epic he has full on treads for heel spurs. lol

Seriously though, I can see why some people would have a hate on for this thing. Though for me, I like his crazy deformity with the twisted little hook like arm in contrast to his huge mega death murder arm of death. It's one of those, it's so ridiculous it's cool, kind of things.
Also given that he's supposedly rebuilt from the pieces of his dead soldiers, it makes that deformed look make sense. plus that concept is just full on win in itself.

I also don't really mind if the murder arm doesn't have a articulate elbow; sure it would have been nice, but given all the things it's trying to do, I'd be surprised if they even would be able to fit an elbow in there.
Optronix_prime:
Btw has anyone noticed that from the packaging pics, comparing Megatron to Prime, Prime is significantly taller

I hate when they do that.
sherpole:
he reminds me to this guy from old skool movie : double dragon. what izzit this guy named again?? the head, shoulders, body!. hahaaahahaa...sorry guys can't help it
